I went there to open a checking account about 1 PM. This place was so empty and quiet. Only two cashiers were there doing their business behind the thick window. I saw more than six empty desks but no customers service personnel whatsoever. I had to wait quite while before one cashier noticed me. She told me come back after 4 PM for any service. I did not go back there again. In fact, I ended up open an account at TD Bank. What a joke!

I’m sorry but this Chase drive through is horrible. I have attempted to use the drive through at least four times in the past two weeks and every time I come it’s not working with a different excuse on the screen. Last time it said log in and had a space for a password. Today it says not working. Another time it said it can’t take deposits or dispense cash! Like seriously? Just close it and knock it down if it’s never in working condition anyway. It’s also very antiquated compared to the Bank of America drive through. Maybe time to put a newer model here? . I’ve had to go to Paramus each time to make a deposit. Very inconvenient.

Chase bank is located in office bldg on Main Street Hackensack across from "Aldi's Market" & includes drive through banking. There is parking lot available behind the office bldg & there's designated posted signs parking spots for Chase customers!!

All staff at this branch are great and very friendly. After having attempted other branches, this branch and specifically Ms. Yovanka Burgos, assisted me with business banking questions and needs. She worked efficiently and made the process a seamless one. Thank you all!

I use this drive-through ATM. Not a fan when you have 5 people not in a car but with baby strollers all together "cutting in line" when you have a few cars in front of them who were there first. It's not safe especially when at times you see sketchy people doing this as well.

Recognizing the exemplary performance of Natalie Gen Mejia in the Main St branch in Hackensack. Goes out of her way to assist clients in their banking needs. Very friendly and patient, has a personal relationship with customers. Makes you feel comfortable and trust the bank. If everyone will be like her dedication to work then you will not hesitate to give a deserving 5 star to the bank.

The staff at this branch could not have been friendlier, more courteous and helpful. Today, I needed to have a document notarized and Adam was extremely patient and helpful. In fact, everyone at this branch was very professional and helpful.

First, all of the workers inside the bank were friendly and attentive. They had all supplies at the ready, such as a lot of pens and all the slips you need to fill out. They also have a drive-thru. The only drawback to this location is that they are inside an office building. It is not a standalone building. You need to park outside the office building, walk around to an entrance, and go in to find the bank on the lobby level. If walking is a problem for you, this is not the branch for you to walk into. However, if you are limited you can use the drive-thru.
