I had an amazing experience here. The store itself is beautiful. Very clean, neat bright and welcoming. The staff were also extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Kind and courteous. I made my shopping experience amazing. Next time I’m at the mall I will definitely pay the coach store a visit!

Walked and was welcomed with open arms.. the girls there are so pleasantly nice to me for my first time there.
The treatment I got at Garden State Plaza location was HORRIBLE, to say the least..

Went in with my sister ( we are both visibly Minorities) to find a Mother’s Day gift, was ignored by the front greeter, she stared at us picking up bags and wallets and did not say anything to us. A woman walks in and she greets them, while my sister and I tell her “you didn’t say hi to us” to where she then sarcastically says hi. At that point we felt uncomfortable and left. Definitely felt as a person of color I was purposely ignored as others were being greeted and took my business to Tory Burch next door, where the staff treated me with respect and acknowledgement.

Customer service rep asked me for my ID twice. Once for the pick-up and another time rudely while I was taking out my ID out of my pocket. She also included a handwritten signature area on their receipt to make me sign for pick-up. A signature is not required when picking up. If a signature was required, it would not be handwritten on their receipt. It would be printed with a line for the customer to sign. This place was not even busy so I should have received better customer service. I picked up on 12/21/2020. I am very upset.

i really have to say with everything that going on.. i called and was assisted immediately and i the assist manager really is amazing she sent me pics while i was at work and asked it i wanted it shipped for free... amazing.. thank you i will continue to keep shopping here with such amazing customer service.

From the moment you walk into the store you are greeted by a smiling sales associate. They take their time to show you any and all bags you are interested in seeing. They are knowledgeable about their products which is nice. The only bad thing is not having enough money to buy 4 or 5 handbags you will fall in love with.
