I was in a rush for dress shoes for a last minute work trip. I was also in between 2 sizes. Alyssa went above and beyond in helping me today. Her empathy and consultation made a very positive impact on me. Thank you again.

Horrible client experience. Came in to make a return and was treated as if I stole the shoe. The employee Shannon was horrible, she even called the store in which I made the original purchase in NYC to confirm I bought the shoe. Purchase was made a week ago, I had my credit card, ID and original receipt. I was treated very differently from others I saw entering the store. Unfortunately, I won’t be purchasing from this brand again due to the lack of training their employees have.

Customer service is unfortunately very bad, Shanon who worked there doesn’t know how to treat customers and doesn’t know how to help customer when it comes to return products, she was very rude to me.
She didn’t even offered me a solution for the issue that I had with a pair of shoes I bought.
Please train your employees properly.
Unfortunately I won’t buy that brand any more and I won’t visit that store anymore.

This particular location has THE very best customer service. I went in to get a pair of shoes for an upcoming wedding and was greeted by the manager Alyssa. She was so helpful and accommodating. I will definitely be back to this location.

If you have issues with an order, don’t go to this store for help! Their only help/answer is you can return it and reorder and hope the next ones are okay! Extremely disappointed in the quality of customer service

Cole Haan makes many shoes in size 14. Unfortunately this location can't be bothered to ton stock a single one. Tried on several occasions and with different styles. Each time was told to "go online" I like to shop in actual stores not "online" I'm not asking for custom maade,just items already made by company. Most unaccomodating
