Costco Business Center is a members-only warehouse selling a huge variety of items, including bulk groceries. It offers lots of parking, not long lines, and is much quieter than a normal Costco, opening earlier for convenience. Some selections are geared towards businesses and not normally found at regular Costco, including a more extensive variety of meat cuts, notably a wide variety of competitively priced halal options. There is also an impressive array of beverage options, teas, flavored syrups, and lots of snacks you'd get at a deli or hotel breakfast. However, the business center lacks a food court, apparel, a full-service pharmacy, an optometry center, and electronics like televisions, laptops, and mobile phones. The baking supplies can be limited, and aisles are narrow, frequently congested by staff fulfilling online orders. It can be more crowded than usual during a weekday afternoon. Some visitors note that nothing really stood out compared to a regular Costco, with disappointments in certain selections like nitrate-free breakfast meats or specific Kirkland items.
The parking lot at the place I always go to buy things seems a bit narrow.

Definitely less crowded than the other Costco but the stuff is more catered towards businesses or perfect if you’re throwing a party. They do not have clothes or many home / appliances or the fun knickknacks that you see at the main Costco

Lots of parking, not long lines, a lot of variety. I liked that this business center had a lot of halal options, would I rather this over regular costco? Probably not. I spent $200 here on a Sunday. I'll just stick to my regular costco, nothing here really stood out to me. Lots of snacks you'd get at a deli or hotel breakfast.
