I was there on Thursday 01/25/2024, my complaint is about the cashiers they are talking between each other and the guest what, they miss items in shopping car and the at the existing door they treat you like thief . Not only that don’t even bother to apologize to you, when they know is the problem was the cashier female that make the mistake.! We know that this business Costco don’t have self check out. Another thing no customer service,!!!

Love this place. Not your traditional warehouse as it caters to businesses. Staff is super friendly and it’s never super crowded. Always get in and get out.

Just order online or stick to your local Costco. You’re not really missing out. The customer service here is lacking compared to the regular costcos.Employees here have no basic social skills. No greeting, no basic etiquette. If you say “hello” or “excuse me” they just stare at you. They act like they’re doing you a huge favor with their presence but take up the aisles with their big carts for whatever they’re doing.

First time here very empty , and wow a lot to see and buy. Purchased a few items that I don’t see at regular Costco. One tho g I would like is for Costco to carry the Kirkland 1 gallon bottles ? the reason for why I can’t here but not sure If any NJ location has it Costco bring these to NJ locations
