Pharmacy staff so disgusting and disrespectful, no kindness at all!

Sam from the pharmacy was mean and despicably rude to me while I was trying to refil and pick up my anxiety medication and she made me relapse because of the way that she was speaking to me and yelling at me in person and over the phone. I’ve never talked to a pharmacist before that had as little compassion and understanding as she did, I just wanted someone to help me to try to get my medication a few days early. She did not want to help me and I had to go through all of it on my own on top of being yelled at every step of the way. you don’t speak to a patient that way, especially someone that is coming to pick up anxiety medication. She sent me over the edge and gave me the worst experience I ever had just trying to get my medication. You would think that someone working in a pharmacy would be more compassionate and understanding and have a kinder heart as they work with people every day that have health problems and need help but I guess she just doesn’t have a heart at all. CVS you need to do something about this because it’s not OK and luckily I ended up being OK but if this happens again in the future, you could face a potential lawsuit.

so I’ve been using Rite Aid for 10 years and unfortunately, unfortunately, they closed shifting all of my prescriptions to the CVS. I called weeks ago to have a important medication as I just delivered a baby and came here in person because it’s been weeks since I’ve submitted the prescription.. well I get here the pharmacist who’s holding plates of pizza tells me I need to come back after we already started the transaction. I told her if she could just let me know where it is they said I needed to come back. Unfortunately, I have my newborn and I have to get back so this was the only time I had! For them to prioritize my medication is insane!

I had a good experience at CVS today. I was able to pick up my medications and leave the store knowing that I had what I needed.

Trying to refill a prescription over the telephone and it's impossible !!! Asked to enter my Rx # , which I do and immediately get a recording saying they're unable to find it ! I've had the same prescription for years and the recording is not being honest when they say they can't find it. They're obviously trying to get people to use the app only. I then press the number to speak with the pharmacist and again get an immediate recording saying they can't help me now and it disconnects !!! ????

I can think of nothing they could do to improve the experience I had today. I went in to inquire about a COVID booster shot and the pharmacist could not have been more helpful, even assisting with getting COVID tests.

Regular customer. All the times, I have purchased at this CVS, I found the staff, including at the pharmacy very helpful. Love that the store self checkouts.

Horrible horrendous workers in the pharmacy. They are worse than mean ignorant elementary kids that will play around with you if they feel like it. I spoke to Christine about making sure medicine is in stock and expressed that it's important that she is sure it is so I don't go there for no reason. She seemed upset about me asking this. My number was blocked after speaking to her and even when I call with a different number they dare to play around and put me on hold and hang up on me. I spent like 2 hours to get things finalized. They don't know how to pick up a simple phone call. They will put you on hold for hours.The girl in the front has no clue what she is doing. Because she says the medicine was not available when it was. These type of workers should be fired immediately. I don't even know why they work when they don't know what they are doing and want to mentally play around with patients.

Not as good as they used to be they cut down on product. I wish they didn't change. I'll probably go to Walgreens or Walmart

I had to hunt down some Airborne with all this craziness going on in the world. I was lucky enough to find 2 at this location. It is located not too far away from Hackensack University Medical Center, and I believe it is the closest Pharmacy store near the hospital. The staff member who helped me was courteous, and wiling to go out of her way to help. Plenty of parking since it is located in its own free-standing building.

I like this CVS! Staff are nice. It's also very organized considering how much traffic it must get since it's down the road from a huge hospital (Hackensack Meridian). The only downsides are (1) they usually only have one cashier who is also restocking shelves so you may have to wait a few minutes to be checked out and (2) the pharmacy takes a while to get your prescriptions done. I'll get a notification saying my Rx is ready...then when I go for pickup it takes an additional 15 minutes for them to actually fill it. It's not a huge deal but I would rather not have to wait since they said it was ready.

LAWD the evening manager has an attitude. I could tell she had a stick up her rear from the minute I saw her. They screwed up my order at the front counter. There was a promotion where if you spent $30 on certain items you got $10 extrabucks. I thought it was before coupons and there was a misunderstanding between myself and the cashier. Turns out you had to spend that after coupons. No problem with that, those things happen and she seemed nice. She then calls over the manager to do a return. Ms. Attitude does the return. I said can you re-ring the order and ring me up for 2 of these so that I reach the $30? She only re rings what I originally purchased and unfortunately I didn't realize until after I paid. Throughout the whole thing I got a lot of groans, "oh my GAAWD!", eye rolls, and thrusting my purchases into/out of bags with more force than necessary. She kept asking me why should she do this/that "it doesn't make any sense!" Seriously I'm sorry I messed up but she could have been a lot more professional. Skip this place.

Employees are very kind and knowledgeable. The line moves fast and although I forgot my coupon they still gave it to me which I know they didn’t have to but still did. This is my go to CVS from now on.
