Do Not Buy Zift Zillion Gift Cards. The bar code does not scan and their website does not work. Cvs does not “refund” gift cards, I had to call my bank to get my money back.

Beware of Overcharging at CVS!
I recently purchased a $150 gift card at CVS and paid in cash. Later that day, I noticed an extra $150 charge on my credit card from the same transaction. I went back to the store, and the staff gave me the runaround instead of resolving the issue. Not to mention there was NO manager present for the day according to one of their employees.
I trusted CVS with my transaction, and now I have to fight to get my money back. This is not just an error—it feels like a shady business practice. Check your receipts and bank statements carefully! I won’t be shopping at this location ever again.

I was in this CVS for the urgent care the day after Christmas. By the time I left the urgent care in the CVS the pharmacist and associate had my medicine read for me for pickup. I love that store since 11 yrs ago when I used to live in Fairlawn. Best you are ever going to get there in the pharmacy. They care about their customers.

I had a very bad experience with the Manager Pharmacist, will not apply the doctor discount, giving all kind of confusing and contradicting information about the medicine in my prescription. First, that this was all they hade, name brand, that the discount is for generic which I would accepted I was was told whe I oicked up the prescription. Very disrespetful Pharmacist Manager

Well, I went here to print pics and both of the Machines kept loosing the wifi connection. After about 20 mins I just did it on line. Makell helped me as much as he could. And kept walking me through the presses 6-7 times. I went in the line bc I could see my pics printing and I guess the older cashier had selective hearing bc a older lady was behind me complaining that she can’t stand up for and she wants to leave. The cashier didn’t even respond to me when I asked if those were my pics, he just took the lady. I could have went off but I didn’t. I was standing and also and just had surgery on my hip from a car accident and didn’t complain once. I took a pic also and the older woman wanted to get her 10% off of one item and use her other coupons. Again Makell really helped me. Thanks

NEVER in my LIFE HAVE I EVER Dealt with Such NON Caring Pharmacy People like this Group… I walked in today to pick up a order for myself , I had a few questions and all I got was “ I don’t know , I don’t know , call the Doctor “!!! I left this CVS in TEARS !!!!! I don’t want to come back to this place …. I Miss my Rite Aid People so much.!!! This CVS is horrible !!!!
