Horrible service. First of all, they're not wearing masks. Secondly, when I pulled up for gas they ignored me for about six minutes even though I was honking and got out of my car to get the guys attention. Thirdly, when he FINALLY gets to my car, he keeps closing my gas tank and telling me to open it again. I told him "okay but just open it normally and stop closing it". He says "fine, let me get my gloves so it stops slipping" and goes to get something....but instead of getting gloves, he had something else in his hands and bends down and PUTS A LARGE ROCK IN FRONT OF MY RIGHT TIRE!!! I'm debating whether or not to alert someone because that's SO dangerous. I ended up demanding they give my card back (he refused to the first couple of times) and going elsewhere for gas. He said he didn't realize he "kicked" a rock in front of my tire but like wtf? I saw you bend down and put it there. I don't know what's wrong with people but this is honestly the most concerning interaction I've had in a very long time.

I went to Ernie a few years ago on the recomendation of a very well respected auto body shop in Hackensack. He is a true professional who loves his craft. Everytime I have had work done, he and his staff have gone above and beyond to diagnose and figure out solutions and have always given me a diagnosis and done the repairs in an extremely timely fashion. I have recommended his establishment to anyone who tells me they have a problem with their vehicle. Do yourself a favor, if you need any kind of work done on your car, make E&A the first place you go to.

Now to be honest, this place hasn't serviced my truck in a few years but they were the last mechanics to work on it. I had to pull my battery the other day, only to find out they broke my battery tray. As I have just found out it is an involved fix, they told me nothing about this. They also removed a bolt for my cold air intake that they did not replace that could've caused a support bracket to destroy my belt. All in all I am disgusted with these little things and feel taken advantage of. I never fault anyone for making mistakes, they happen. I hold people accountable for laziness and this is a prime example.
