Got an order delivered for Mother's Day & the people at the store were very nice and professional. The chocolate I added on were out of stock so they didn't get delivered and when I called about it (because I didn't know it was out of stock, just that no chocolate showed up with the fruit), the staff was very nice and checked on it for me and ended up sending a different type of chocolate about an hour later and also added on a few Mother's Day balloons too which was a very nice gesture. Appreciate the stuff being kind & professional especially on what is probably an insanely busy day for them.

Robert is excellent! I ordered online and due to website bugs there were multiple orders processed. I called the store and Robert provided amazing service and helped get the order straightened out. I just received a call from the recipient of the Edible Arrangement and they loved it. Beautifully plated and said it tasted fresh. Will definitely order with the Hackensack location again. Thanks again!

I placed an order and put specifically a time to be delivered. When I called back the person said that didn’t see my notes. The person I sent this had left her house and she won’t be surprised by the gift I had sent her. 😠

Not satisfied. I confirmed a delivery time of 3:00 pm and they decided to instead leave my order a whole 3 hours earlier. Thanks to them my surprise for Valentines Day was ruined. i tried telling the delivery person through my camera that the time was wrong, and to please take it back. i know the person heard me too because they looked at the camera while i was talking but proceeded to ignore me. Such a costly fee for a Job not done well id not fair. thank you for ruining my surprise.

Horrible service. My boyfriend ordered from here twice and each time was terrible. They are very unprofessional and do not communicate properly. Every time we order from here something goes wrong. If your looking to have a great experience and a successful delivery DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION.

Picked up arrangement at 2pm Sunday, by 10pm same day the strawberries had mold, went to the store on Tuesday at 10 am to bring up the issue and was received by a very nasty lady saying the strawberries had a 2 day lifespan and that I was late to file the report

I ordered from Edible arrangements for a gift. I didn’t know when the person would be home and was afraid that the chocolate would melt. Rosie worked diligently to deliver the arrangements on time. I was so happy with her communication and dedication! Thank you again Rosie!

I’m literally STILL on hold because of Lauren who had a nasty attitude told me she was busy -
It’s been over 30 MINUTES ….
I was able to call the edible arrangements on Bergenline - took my order right away and it’s now being delivered ….
I’m still on hold already placed my order else where AND writing this review
Not only was this worker RUDE but doesn’t have the decency to come back on the line and apologize for the wait ………
Terrible customer service GO ELSEWHERE!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Edible Arrangements! I was in a bit of a pinch, needing my delivery completed by noon, and they made it happen perfectly. Rosie, from the Ridgewood, NJ location, was such a star! She reached out to let me know that a few of the items I originally ordered weren't available, but she went above and beyond to swap them out for me. Not only that, she even gave me a call when she was on her way to the delivery destination—so thoughtful! And let me tell you, Laura was equally amazing. She reassured me that everything would arrive on time, and sure enough, my clients were thrilled with their gift from Edible Arrangements 😋. Huge thanks to both Rosie and Laura for providing such incredible service! I couldn't be more grateful!
