This is where my son gets his allergy shots and both my kids see ENTs. The nurses who give shots are wonderful. Kind and personable. Scheduling is easy online. I had one poor experience with an ENT doctor when my son was having chronic ear infections - very long wait, not listening to my concerns, etc. But I continue to return and all the other practitioners have been great.

I was charged for a procedure that I was not told the cost of and was in my opinion unnecessary. I got charged a high amount even though I reached out to the email they provided. They never called me to discuss my payment. So I missed out on the needed timeframe for their financial hardship option. I would not recommend you come here because of this.

My husband saw MD who ordered MRI. A few days later, office calls to set appt as MD wants to discuss results. MD refuses virtual appt or telephone discussion of results even though exam not needed.

If I can give ENT allergy zero stars I would. The Paramus office refused to allow my 4 year old to come in on an emergent visit because they were booked. This is after she has a bad ear infection from tubes that they placed in her years ago. The receptionist said the earliest they can do is the Hackensack office tomorrow (meaning today) at 3:10pm or wait 4 days later for the Paramus Office so I had no choice. We are trying to be proactive before she gets sick with a fever from the ear infection but Paramus receptionist had zero compassion and rudely says she will note chart to have my daughter in and out So my wife gets there and waits there almost an hour later while all the other patients after her gets called in. The front desk is useless. The doctor calls her in acts rude cuts her off when talking and makes her leave after 5 minutes of treatment. Horrible horrible service overall. Good luck calling to her thru to someone as well. You will be on hold forever. Never again!

I had an uneasy feeling when I made an online appointment with this office. Then came a voluminous amount of paperwork practically signing away my life. I got to the office 15 minutes early and was done in ten minutes. It was like a factory inside, patients coming in and going out quicker than the eye could register.
I was there to have scabs looked at in the front of my nose. A prescription later and I thought I was done. Then the doctor says “Let me look a little further with this camera”. It was Not even 30 seconds.
Today I get a Bill in the mail. Office visit $230.00 and Diagnostic Nasal Endoscopy $766.00!!! Along with a preprinted mass produced leaflet explaining why my physician performed an endoscopy. What a farce.
I was referred to this office by United Healthcare because they’re “In Network”. I do not use “Out Of Network” doctors because my employer takes $150.00 out of my pay for health insurance. So I don’t have the luxury to pay more out of my pocket to keep myself alive. I prepaid my $50.00 copay and the bill says I have to pay an additional $200.00 for a service that I was tricked into having and I did not authorize.
Be very very careful with this office. It’s a non ethical money grab!

Call for Hackensack office to get a refill for cream that was already prescribed. Told to wait until doctor approve it or whatever its need it. Called later by at 2:14 pm on tuesday aug 6 by very nasty and rude lady( she said her name is Stew) I assume from front desk. She asked all my info, to verify its me, after long wait she said its not me and told me she can’t give any medice to wrong person. After all info provided, how she know that is not me? You never talk or see me before in person. Very racist behavior, and very unprofessional. I asked if i can talk to manager, she said yeah and hang up on me. Not sure if thats whats ENT stands for, but definitely not coming back again here. Avoid at all costs, read all the other people review here about front desk experience.

Very rude front office staff, they talk to you very loud and say your business in front of everyone! I guess all the facilities are the same. The administrator from the Woodbridge office called me last week apologizing and telling me that they wanted to do things better but I guess it is not possible . I’m stuck with this offices because it is very difficult to find ontological appointments and I desperately need to see one.

I am so happy sorry extremely happy with this place so professional can get appointment quickly and have the most professional ENT I will recommend this place to anyone who want solutions for they issue ESPECIALLY SO IMPRESSED BY DOCTOR ROBIN BRODY I been suffering all my life sinus allergies between other majors problem been all nj ent nobody give hope UNTIL I MET ROBIN SHE KNEW MY SITUATION WAS BUT NEVER TOLD ME IS NOTHING to do gave TREATMENT THAT Is WORKING FOR ME MRS ROBIN IS MY ANGEL IN COUPLE WEEKS FROM MY ISSUE I BEEN FEELINGS 89 PERCENT NORMAL NO ENT THAT I BEEN NEVER HELP LIKE THIS MRS ROBIN BRODY Are THE OF THE BEST GOD BLESSED YOU. One advice for patience that makes comments negative about doctor if you look for solutions want the true and good treatment MRS BRODY IS THE ONE MEAN BECAUSE SHE ISN'T BABYSITTING YOU OR feel SORRY for you LOOK FOR SOMEONE ELSE THIS DOCTOR IS HERE TO TELL YOU THE TRUTH AND HELP YOU SHE ISN'T THERAPIST IS True

I advise the patients to check their Inssurance claim after the visit because ENT adding bills with very high sum for something not done or even you ask for it on your visit, it’s happened with me after normal visit checking my sinus and they send bill with $1,126.00 for diagnostic surgery.

Dr Jay Agarwal was the 'on call' doctor when I had an emergency on a Sunday. He listened to everything I said, asked excellent follow up questions and prescribed the things I needed to remedy my situation. He was thorough and patient. The next business day, Monday, he called to follow up to see how I was doing. He then booked me an appointment and squeezed me into his schedule to make sure I was improving. I was very impressed by the level of his care and I HIGHLY recommend him to my friends.

Got to the location at 2:00 PM for my 2:30 PM appointment and waited over 2 hours. When I finally got to see the doctor they spoke to me for 5 minutes. The front desk and staff was not helpful at all.
