The staff was very professional. In my case, my car rental was through my insurance company and the whole experience was seamless. I don’t have too many opportunities to rent a car, but the next time I do, I will use them.

These people are literally the WORST..they hold money against your account then tell you that you will be refunded only to be calling the bank weeks later and no refund was processed.Call them back and they had the audacity to tell me that the money they held was used to cover charges even though when the car was returned they told me that my refund wouldn't be processed .I hate the experience from this enterprise..first I got a car that was stink with smoke from cigarettes and then misleading me telling me that my refund would be processed when it was not..I ABSOLUTELY WISH I COULD GIVE THEM A 0 STAR..
