While the service was satisfactory, the waiting area was uncomfortably cold, making the wait less pleasant. I hope management can address this issue to enhance customer comfort in the future.

I recently visited the EDT Discount Tire Center in Hackensack, and I was thoroughly impressed with the experience. From the moment I walked in, I noticed how clean and welcoming the waiting room was. It was clear that they take pride in maintaining a comfortable environment for their customers.
Both representatives were polite and helpful, answering all my questions and addressing my concerns with professionalism and courtesy. Julio took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood the services they were providing.
They offer complimentary coffee and Tea!

I’ve been an ETD fan for years going to their Lyndhurst shop and just found out about this location. Extremely happy to learn Dave whom I’ve worked with previously is now here. The team installed new tires with an alignment this week, and as usual superb results.

Do not take your vehicle to this "shop" for repair. The incompetence is mind blowing. From the managers Dave Gruben, Renato Rellovar and the so called tech "JR". I've had to come back and forth 6 times within a a span of two weeks for them to repair vehicle, which they still couldn't properly do. Do your self a favor and take your vehicle to a reputable service center with competent staff . Can't even properly install tires. Left the packaging tape on, causing air leak and remounting of tire

It was my first time coming here and I had a peaceful experience. There’s a waiting area with hot drinks and snacks, and the employees were very kind and helpful. I was in and out in an hour. I got my flat tire, wipers, and washer fluid replaced for a bargain!! I’ll only be coming here from now on.

Had a flat tire this morning and was able to bring it in same day to get a brand new tire in less than 30 minutes. Super quick, easy, and professional. Will definitely come back should there be any issues!

I highly recommend this ETD Hackensack location. We bring both cars here regularly for oil changes. The staff is always courteous, professional and nice! Very clean and well stocked waiting area.

Amazing customer service. Very nice place and waiting area.
I had a small issue after alignment and installation of new tires on my Macan. Dave went above and beyond to keep the customer satisfied and happy. I will spread the word about this grate place :)
