Excel Physical Therapy in Hackensack is an excellent facility with a highly skilled, knowledgeable, and awesome staff. The entire team is super friendly, attentive, and very helpful. They provide excellent, exceptional, and personalized care with a sports-based approach to therapy. The clinicians create effective treatment plans, combining strengthening exercises, table work, and dynamic therapy. They listen to patient concerns, adjust the therapy for improvement, and work patients at a steady pace to ensure great results. Patients report healing from injuries like a knee problem or frozen shoulder and achieving goals like returning to sports or walking without a cane. The facility itself is clean and well-equipped, with many machines and equipment available. Tables are always wiped down and prepared. The center is overall amazing and comes highly recommended by those who have experienced its care.

Cosmo excellent therapist. He'll work me hard but not overdue it. I feel I've progressed at a steady pace and feel comfortable that I'll be able to walk without a cane. That day will be great and all because of Cosmo.
