I’m writing here again because it seems to be the only way to get in touch with them. I’ve been trying to call them and sending them emails for months and still not response. I paid for a service that was never provided and Im trying to have my paperwork done by someone else but this company won’t give me back any of my paperwork. I really hope this time I get at least a response fro them please Lenin

I don't understand why a company just doesn't contact the client back, especially when it comes to taxes. We got screwed by another company for years, so my husband and I decided to try out HDM tax because a friend recommended this place. I understand the pandemic has things out of wack, but it is now September and still no info. After so many times of making appts on their website, phone calls with no call backs, emails, I have only received a couple of emails, one answered phone call, and no return calls. I know that our taxes were extended, and that I had no most of the work when it comes to the expenses. (I had everything written, counted, and organized), and yet NO RESPONSE. It's frustrating because we have been screwed for years and just found out earlier this year when counted by the IRS, so the fact that this place knows and still does not contact us back is ridiculous!!

I just read the reviews and I'm shocked because they are nothing what they wrote HDM tax group does my taxes for years personal and business I never had any issues i would recommend every not only that they are great they also are like family to me they always there with any questions if they can they will go extra mile for you I love them and trust me go ahead you will see that they are the best

I really wanted to give zero stars but yOu can't choose zero stars!!! I would like to first say I NEVER post reviews... so here it goes.... this company is Horrible!!!!!!! This is the 3rd yr I used them. The first year they were fine. The second year they didn't really get back to me much. This year has been horrendous! I brough my forms into the office in March. I had to constantly call to see what what going on. It was tax day and I finally received the taxes to sign off on. Usually you go over the taxes with the account but nope they never called back or answered to countless emails. Now I come to find out that they were never filed and they filed for an extension but never told me!!!! I am still trying to get in contact with them and it's now May 25th! I would like to have this all over with and also have an explanation as to why I owe over $5,000.00

Really 0 stars!! Caution: HDM screwed up my taxes to the tune of $4000!! After receiving our IRS letter, I tried emailing, calling & visiting them in order to rectify the situation. Left numerous messages. Nothing!! Not even an apology. Just disappeared on me!! My husband & I had to pay the $4000 mistake, interest & penalties!! Anyone makes mistakes...it's the way you handle them that makes a difference! I would definitely stay away!!

As an expat living in Germany this was my first year with Ephraim Moss and his team. I have changed my tax team because I felt there was room for improvement as far as explanations are concerned. Right from the start - we met during a Skype talk – Ephraim took time to answer my questions. As this is not really my field of expertise I very much appreciate good and clear communication and follow up explanations. He and his team worked with my German tax people very well. Professional. Smart. On time. Good communication. What`s not to like?
