Andy and his assistant were EXCELLENT!!! I cannot say enough about the services that were provided to me and my move from Long Island, NY to central Florida. This was my first long distance move and I was extremely satisfied with the services of Fragile Moving. They were efficient, on time, professional, friendly, and took excellent care of my belongings. Thank you so very much and I would definitely refer this company. I appreciate everything you have done for me!!!

Moving is always a problem but the moving company made really easy and worry free, The crew show great care and detail. Moving to another state is even more of a challenge, but thankfully all went perfectly good! Thank you very much Fragile moving. We really recommend them!!!!

Overall a very good experience. The movers were very professional, courteous, polite and hard working. They took their time to wrap and pack our things with great care. They called and came when they said they would The only issue or negative thing we had happen was one of our end tables the leg broke broke and a piece of the wood chipped also the mirror to our dresser was put on incorrectly and the skrews were lost so we had to go buy new skews and re-mount the mirror ourselves, but all in all it was as good an experience as moving can be.

They take on a lot of sub contracting from other movers - and hide behind this. Highly recommend you take out full insurance because half of your belongings will be broken. There is nothing "fragile" about this company or how they do their work. Look at the trends in the reviews- they did the same to me and I wish I had paid more close attention. I got $194 from the insurance for over $20K in damages. I never took the money because it was insulting and that's why I don't feel bad at all writing this review. They were late. They broke about 50% of what they moved from Boston to FL. They tried to hike up prices last minute and were threatening. They were sub contacted by Purple Heart (which if you are considering them DONT). They look professional and act it but what they do is sub contract to places like Fragile Moving to do the job and then they wash their hands of it. Highly recommend you do your research and consider another company all together. Read the reviews - you will see trends to suggest this isn't a case of what happened to me but what has happened (almost identical) to multiple people. Don't be fooled.

After today's delivery , I am left with a very bad taste in my mouth . Despite repeated requests at time of pick-up to label where the contents of the box came from , as the items were being split between an upstairs bedroom and a garage . Almost none of the boxes were labeled , resulting in bedroom items being buried under three levels of more unlabeled boxes , and items meant for the garage were delivered to the bedroom. So now I have to spend days going through every box to find my missing bedroom items , and then return garage items . Overall , I am very dissatisfied with Fragile moving service.Robert Connelly

They left more than 25% of our home behind, demanded thousands more under the table, knowing we had no choice being strapped for time. They Stored our furniture in a non temperature controlled unit for 3 months at $700 a month! And ALL OF OUR FURNITURE arrived broken and covered in mold!!!! We have been asked to resubmit our extensive claim 6 times! It’s been an absolute nightmare. We paid over $14,000.00 to lose over $30,000 in furniture. And they are very flippant on the phone. Today I was informed by the third party claims agent that fragile moving denies these claims and drags them out on purpose. I am trying to find who they are insured by, to file a liability claim. But It’s been a nightmare. We will never use Fragile moving or New leaf moving company who knowingly subcontracted these criminals. It’s 3 months later, daily trying to get answers. So by The end of January, if we are not reimbursed and restored, we are suing NEW LEAF, and FRAGILE. The attorney firm has enough to burn both companies for hurting so many people. We are also informing the military commands to blacklist their services.

We hired this moving company (New Leaf) who contracts with other companies and assigned us to a company called Fragile Moving. This company is anything but Fragile. We were moving from NYC to FL. We were told 15 days max. It was a little longer. When they finally arrived, most of my boxes were crushed, my furniture was chipped and bent. They brought someone else's cushion while they left the doors to my curio cabinet. After multiple attempts to contact the company, we were informed that the glass door to our cabinet were broken. After some back and forth, we get the information from the claim company CSI PROS. We filed a claim for a measly $100 when we paid the moving company over 4K because they nickel and dime for everything. Our claim was denied. Not only does the cabinet have sentimental value (it belonged to my husband's deceased mother), but when we entrusted this "Fragile" Moving with our stuff, it was all in good condition when we got it back, not so much. Pay a little extra and go elsewhere. Trying to save money ends up being more expensive in the long run.

Fantastic experience! From the coordination with admin staff (thank you Anna!) to the crew who with obvious experience and expertise, carefully wrapped an heirloom dining room set for an interstate move to coordination with the big rig truck driver, we felt taken care of in every way. Communication was terrific and the handoffs were seamless. The dining set arrived in perfect shape and we highly recommend Fragile Moving, Inc!!

The most horrible experience a human can have. Worst than dying being cut to pieces with a nail clipper. The subcontractor speaks like a tough who is managing a business from prison, disrespectful, arrogant, impatient, obtuse and a nightmare.

The only reason I gave this company 1 star is because there was no zero stars option. We received an initial quote of around $9000 for our out of state move. The day the move was scheduled to begin, the foreman arrived and told us it was underestimated and that we would instead have to pay $16,800. We were stuck. We had to be out of the house for the new home owners. We were told it would be 4-14 days to arrive. Wrong again. It was 27 days. Then, when they arrived At our new home to deliver our things, a different foreman told us we would have to pay An additional $1300 in cash before they would start unloading. We finally negotiated him down and agreed upon $600. I will now be telling every person I see what crooks these people are. It was basically extortion on both the pickup and unloading side. Looking for a good lawyer now.

Have a lot to say -- will add more once delivery finally happens, because from the level of professionalism and customer service, I am almost certain my things will not be in the same shape as they were when they were picked up a month ago. The company did not stay true to their quote and charged me an extra $75 for an additional 3 small stairs at pickup, told me they wouldn't cover a flight of stairs at delivery (although it is stated in my contract that it is covered), and last minute (they were supposed to deliver today) asked for an additional $350 charge to shuttle things from a large truck to a smaller one to enter my residential neighborhood. You would think that a moving company would have confirmed locations upfront for pickup and delivery. There was also no communication over when my things would be delivered and they are requiring that everything be paid in cash -- this seems extremely shady to me as well. In the middle of a global pandemic, as a student, where am I supposed to now come up with half a grand of cash? They only gave me 24 hours notice to tell me they would be showing up to my house this weekend.
