Absolutely unacceptable. I came to the store well within business hours, but the girl working there blatantly lied and said the door doesn’t work even though they still had 10 minutes before closing. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful. If you’re going to post your hours, at least follow them. I won’t be coming back.

I’ve been coming to this liquor store for a while now, and it’s consistently great. The selection is impressive — from craft beers and fine wines to top-shelf spirits and some unique finds I don’t see elsewhere. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and always happy to help with recommendations, whether you’re planning a party or just picking up something for a quiet night in. The store is clean, well-organized, and prices are fair. Definitely my go-to spot!

It is an okay beer store. As a beer person, their collection was not fascinating to me. It looked like they had a large wine collection.

The old Indian man is extremely rude and too chatty and not in a friendly way. They are a bit over priced and seem like they add an extra $2.00 to there items before taxes. I'm not from Hackensack , I'm from New York and the idea that they charge you for bags to carry your purchase does not sit well with me.

I have been a loyal customer to this store because of the convenient location, but after today I will never set foot in there and you shouldn't either. I don't know the workers names but 2 Indian men in there one is short with straight hair( speak good English) and one new tall name we're talking about me in the language and laughing at me , when I asked what is so funny the tall Indian man made gestures at my breasts I'm assuming their were laughing at the size of them. I found this to be extremely rude in a world full of hate , a place of business where I bring my hard earn money should never make a black curvy woman feel like a sexual object and discriminate against because of my size. And I'm sure the if the owner of this establishment runs his video camera he or she will see what exactly I'm referring to I was in the store around 5:10pm Friday 4/22/22

I grew Up in this neighborhood..it's a comfort that though this Establishment has changed owners many times over the years, the New ones still take the time to learn Your Name..it feels good to say 'hello' and the proprietor actually SPEAKS BACK with a SMILE..They take the time to ask if you're satisfied or if You want something IN PARTICULAR that THEY WILL ORDER FOR YOU..Now..That Dear Ones is GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
