Employees seem to always be in a rush and don’t take their time with patients. The dental hygienist who cleaned my teeth was also in a hurry and very rough. My gums were bleeding a lot afterward. I’ve had many cleanings in the past but this one was much harsher than usual. Overall, it felt like everyone there was rushing and the care felt rushed too.

It takes me waiting 1 hour 45 minutes in the waiting room before take me in . It takes me wait for a long time before the doctor to see me in the room.. i am very disappointed it. But the doctor is very nice and friendly .

I waited almost an hour for my appointment even though I had a confirmed appointment. I also had people whose appointment was after mine, being taken before me.

I have been with this Dental Company for a few years now. I have seen a few of the changes they have gone through as the company seemingly worked to find the foundation needed while moving forward .
The company now has a warm welcome as you enter. They are courteous and attentive, apologetic if it is needed. The doctors have good bedside manner, are reassuring which give this patient the sense that I am in good hands.
Their hygienist is no nonsense but knows what she is doing. Overall, my experiences have been positive and I will continue to give the company my business.
One thing needed, turn on the television or pipe in some music. The dentist office gives cause for great anxiety in many and either of these two will bring some calm.
Lastly, spray the toys left out for the children. I watched a little one chew on several of the toys
( as young ones will do)while playing. Upon leaving the same young one took two of the play items and walked out the building with his mother and sister. Toys need to be cleaned for sure.

HORRIBLE I MEAN HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT LOCATION AND CORPORATE HEADQUARTERS
LEAVE MESSAGE AFTER MESSAGE AFTER MESSAGE Do you wanna know why my child has disabilities and they threw him out because we canceled and come to find out my daughter has fear of going outside so instead of understanding they penalized her who throws out a child out of a dental company dental office and we had documentation medical diagnoses SSI letters everything horrible so I tried to talk to someone to see you know it could be overturned not one single call back nothing zero graceful disgraceful I wouldn’t go there anyway now but my daughter you know so comfortable they don’t care
I found a nice place in Teaneck that accommodate my child and her needs

WORSE PLACE EVER! Other than Kathy and Wally that place has no idea what's going on ! Arrogant and rude they mischeduled me twice and gave me an attitude and another women next to me was also losing it over waiting for over an hour ! THEY CANNOT HANDLE THEIR JOB! Also making mistakes the front staff is a NIGHTMARE! When I stuck up for me and the women the curly hair girl was making faces WHO SCHEDULED ME COMPLETELY WRONG DATE AND TIME TWICE ! Threaten to call the police when I was not even irate or cursing but simply stating the truth waiting for almost an hour AGAIN! The 40 plus year dentist needs to retire he was a savage extraction and threw a fit while I was in the chair huffing and puffing from the pressure and was nasty kicking out my ten year old child NEVER AGAIN and Ive been here for well over a year they don't even deserve a star CLUELESS IGNORANT STAFF
