I completed a loan application on line late one night and the very next morning I was contacted by Gabriela Marino who requested the necessary information. She walked me through the entire process. I had an amazing experience today with greater alliance as always for being the best credit union ever! But today was even more amazing and special because of Gabriella Marino. I can’t express how amazing she was with customer service, guiding me through everything in the most understanding smoothing way. She was so sweet and patient with me, if I could recommend anyone to speak to someone for their needs it will definitely be her! I have been bank with this bank for over ten years. I have also taken out a few loans through them. They are truly unique! I have recommended so many people to them. The staff is fantastic as well. Gina and Thompsina are perfect staff members, and they understand. The only reason I gave them a three-star rating is because I called last week to inquire about a fast cash loan, and they no longer offer the program; it was such a selling point to attract new members and, in my case, keep members.Hopefully, they bring something similar to that back.

The wonderful customer service that I received by Gina made me feel like I could stay with this bank for years ! Gina is amazing, she kind and listens which is very important. Gina checked in on my process to make sure I was getting what I needed which made me feel comfortable and completely impressed by her professionalism and customer service. Then I was taken care of Pilar who is very sweet, explained the process and made sure I left with what I came for. I recommend this bank to everyone this team is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I love this bank! They try hard to get you everything you want or need. My car loan was more than 50% less interest than traditional banks. They treat you like a person and not as a dollar sign. Why would anyone go to a traditional bank. They are thieves. Thank you Greater Alliance FCU! This bank actually cares not like your big thieving banks. Alexandra the msnager in Paramus and Tasha in support are excellent. They make banking painless.

Trying to contact anyone by phone is impossible. There are certain things that cannot be handled online. Horrible.. one needs to find time to go to the office and I don't have it.
