They diagnosed an issue with my car, I had no idea I cracked my rim on a speed bump during a winter storm, but they diagnosed it, didn’t charge me a penny, and made sure the dealer didn’t rip me off. Honest and trustworthy, I am in their debt, and I plan on getting my alignment done with them.

Navigating the pothole-ridden roads and poor infrastructure of NJ and NYC can really take a toll on your car (in addition to the ridiculous GW Bridge toll). Luckily, I discovered an exceptional auto mechanic shop that has specialized in vehicle suspensions and alignments since 1964! When I called for a wheel alignment appointment, they estimated it would take just an hour. Upon arrival, I was impressed to see a bustling shop filled with all the commercial cars, trucks, and even buses of the region – the true road warriors. My car was ready in exactly one hour, including a highway road test, as promised. Afterward, I drove on a 1,100-mile road trip, and my car drove perfectly straight the entire way!

They were knowledgeable and helpful in finding the cause of a problem I was having with a newly installed front-end systm on a Jeep Wrangler that had been done at another shop. THey were the first I thought of to get some squeaks and squeals taken care of on my motorhome. They found the problems and took care of it. I am very happy with their service and would recommend them to anyone.

Just got my alignment done here on my lowered BMW after being told by big-name companies that it wasn’t possible, loved the atmosphere and was greeted by multiple people. Also better priced than most big-name companies. I made an appointment a day in advanced and was out in an hour, thank you Hackensack Auto Spring

Great shop I know they've been around a long time and have definitely earned their good reputation. I've had 2 lifted Jeeps and my Tacoma aligned here always came out perfect service is quick and pricing is good.

I bought my Ford F250 here to get the track bar done and this place is awesome. Very good mechanics and very reasonable prices. This will be my permanent place to get my service for my vehicles.

Came in with the intent for fixing my wheel alignment, but they discovered more then just that and sat with me and explained everything in detail so that I understood what was going on. Staff all around was so polite, welcoming and understanding, truly remarkable and helped me weight my options on how to continue and figure my next steps. Amazing place and amazing people

I thought my experience here was going to be a good one until I paid my bill in full and I was given a crappy receipt. It's so bad my advisor asked for a better copy of it. I called Hackensack Auto Springs & Wheel and asked could I please get a better copy and the receptionist was snappy and said " I could try and make it neater but it's going to be the same thing". Totally shocked because I was a good customer. Not going back.

They do okay work but they don't pay attention to detail since the owner passed away I go in for an alignment for my Kenworth Truck and they actually left a huge jack in the rear suspension of my truck and the wheel alignment was still out
