Just left the store. The retail worker watched me the entire time while I was shopping.. I had to leave an item at the counter so she wouldn't think I would steal it. In addition, the store played those ridiculous and vile lyrics of hip-hop. Thank God a child was not in that store. And to make matters worse, this person is the manager. I would never step another foot in that store again. I am referring to 197 Main Street.

It's a great story but every time I go there and there's nothing that I there's no type of color that I like for my it's just like I'm wasting my gas and my miles just to when the store to be such a disappointment and not please their customers just making more disappointed

Be very careful when purchasing extensions here if you are not experienced, you cannot trust them to sell you the right product. They are completely unhelpful and woill not accept responsibility, even though they acknowledged that they made a mistake. There is a tiny handwritten note on the register that says sales are final, but i it is not visible from all areas at the counter they do not tell first time customers that sales are finals. I opened the package and discovered they had sold me the wrong length, but because the seal was broke and they would not take them back even though I went right back, and they acknowledged the sales lady didn’t give me the right length there are plenty of other beauty supply stores in Hackensack to go to.

I go this store all the time. Today will be my last. I’ve never seen this person before that was helping but he watched me the entire time I was shopping and constantly asking if I needed help. I would tell him no then here he comes with the basket move. Never again. I’ve never been so uncomfortable.Edited to reply: No confusion here. I was wearing a pink hoodie with my mask and I bought bubbles and clips. I’ll be back tomorrow because I was charged incorrectly.

Mr. Lee keeps the store nice, clean and organized. Very friendly and my go to place for awesome ponytails in Hackensack.

The owner of the store and co owner are ALWAYS super nice and friendly. They use to have three locations in Paterson and I have always managed to find them in one of the locations for the past 19 years (crazy right) Whatever you are looking for, they more than likely have it. Whenever I can't find something in another beauty supply store I can always count on finding it here. Thank you Ali and Michelle!!

I tried to return 2 packs of hair I didn't use. I bought them on 8/18 just before I went on vacation. Lady store clerk was nonchalant. They will NEVER EVER get my business again.

BEFORE YOU TRY TO BLAME IT ON THE OTHER STORE across from you.********. IM SPEAKING OF HACKENSACK BEAUTY SUPPLY ******ITS BAD WHEN YOU TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE KIND PEOPLE WHOM TRY TO SUPPORT LOCAL SMALL BUSINESSES. PRIOR TO THE PURCHASE YOU NEVER MENTIONED THAT IT WAS A FINAL SALE,YOU WERE HANDING ME MY CHANGED AND PULL MY RECPT AND I SAW YOU STAMP FINAL SALE AND GAVE IT TO ME WITH A SMILE.After buying the wigs that I had purchased from you in (colors 1B)I decided that I would go home and go online and look for the same styles in color 1 with no luck, SO, I reached out to the vendor AND found out that the wigs that I purchased from you are very old styles by at least 8 years plus and no longer being manufactured. AND you are CHARGING AS IF THE WIGS ARE NEW STYLES $106. for the 2 wigs that should have been on clearance for $8.99 as online for the hard to sell color.REALLY? IM DONE will never support you ever again!!!
