just spend. $137.00 dollars at this place for flower that went for delivery never rang. The bell and decide to leave them outside with this wind. Over 30 mph no call didn't. ring the bell and i call them to tell them i felt that i was talking to a wall, fist time as a customer and my last time don't recommend it.

Very disappointed. What I ordered looks NOTHING like what was delivered. You pick an arrangement with specific colors in it for a reason and it what they choose you could pick up at a store for much less that the $130 I paid for a floral arrangement I DO NOT RECOMMEND ORDERING FROM HERE

I ordered flowers for my Fiancé it’s our anniversary and I was looking for a good rating flower shop to order and deliver flowers to my fiancé job. So I found Hackensack flower shop on Essex street Hackensack Nj close to my Fiancé’s job. So I stated I wanted mixed color roses and the person whom took my order said no problem he’ll have them delivered on time before 2:00 because my fiancé leaves work at that time and I placed this order around 10:30 am. So my fiancé received the flowers on time but it only had red roses and it looked like someone just throw the flowers in a vase no ribbon around the vase nothing the worst flowers I have ever ordered and it wasn’t cheap price. So I called to complain and all the guy had to say he was in a rush and they just throw red roses and he told me sorry and would take care of me next time. Sorry to say there will never be a next time.

Thank you American Flowers for making a beautiful birthday arrangement. We suggested a few flowers that we had to have included and then gave a general idea for the overall look we were trying to achieve along with the budget we had to work with.

Wonderful local florist! As a floral designer myself, I can be picky with designs and flower quality. I was also out of the country and had to order a Mother's Day arrangement online (I usually call and speak to the designers myself). Hackensack Flower Shop created a wonderful, modern looking arrangement for our MIL with a great mix of fresh, high quality flowers. If you're looking to get away from the mass-produced FTD style flower shops, I cannot recommend this florist enough.

Flowers and visibly starting to turn brown when arrived, completely dead within 4 days. $65 spent with no more than a sorry from the store owner. Completely unacceptable.

This was a short notice request for a funeral spray. Customer service, courtesy and on time delivery I give 5 stars. However, the spray barely had flowers and looked skimpy compared to website image.
