I went on there yesterday for do my eyebrow, when I entered in the salon I asked them how much is for eyebrow, they ask me do I want to do the wax or threatening, I said threatening, then the lady said $10. But after I finished when I went to the counter for pay the lady said it $14 which is stupid in 10 minutes the price change. Never go back

Terrible costumer service. I came as a walk in and one of the stylist told me they can take me for a simple hair trim for my little sister, just to tell me after an hour of waiting that they're not gonna take her. During all this time, the staff wasn't friendly and they kept ignoring me without giving me a heads up that they're going to take longer. The place didn't look clean at all and I didn't see them cleaning the tools before going to the next costumer. Don't go to this place, you're not gonna get good treatment or good service. Pésimo servicio al cliente. Llegué sin cita preguntando si tenían tiempo y uno de los estilistas me dijo que podían hacerle un simple corte de cabello a mi hermana pequeña, solo para decirme después de una hora de espera que no la aceptarían. Durante todo este tiempo, el personal no fue amable y siguieron ignorándome sin avisarme de que iban a tardar más. El lugar no se veía nada limpio y no los vi limpiando las herramientas antes de pasar al siguiente cliente. No vayan a este lugar, no vas a recibir un buen trato ni un buen servicio.

My daughter has been going to this salon since she was 6. The Prices change every-time she goes (they seem to make up prices depending on how they feel that day) no genuine concern is shown for the care of her hair. Trim is $35 on top of a $55-$65 wash blow dry and flatiron (most of the time her hair has already been washed beforehand) , . You come for a 12pm appt to leave at 2:30 pm bc stylist keeps stopping to tend to children and other people while you’re in the chair. This is the LAST time my child will be going to this salon! Maybe if you show some concern for your repeat customers and stop trying to overcharge for a trim, then you will keep loyal customers!Service: Hairstyling
