Hashery always has great deals ! Hands down my second fav dispo BUT they’re very unorganized. I placed an order at 2:30pm 11/27/25. They dont send you any confirmation via email. I went to pick up my order at 7pm once I got outta work . Of course there was a line out the door. 40% off would make you wan line up . I placed two orders. I finally get to the front of the line . Told the budtender I have two orders. He said that my order will be out soon. Wouldn’t my order already be ready when I placed it at 2pm today ? Other dispo get your orders ready once you’ve placed it. I stood there for maybe 5-7 mins waiting for it. Finally he has my order & I pay. I get to my car and see that I’m missing a preroll. On the little receipt attached to my bag it has all three prerolls I ordered. He never gave me my actual receipt either until I went back inside. They tell me to see the budtender that attended me. He then tells me that the preroll was sold out . I placed my order at 230 pm it wasn’t sold out then ? That’s so wrong this is people’s medicine ! And then why not tell me when I’m paying that an item I ordered was sold out ? And then to tell me they replaced it with more edibles that I had ordered ! Why not tell the customers why are you assuming that I’m fine with this substitution . I understand it’s busy but come on ! Have some kind of communication. Y’all need to be more organized. Not fair that I placed an order not to get my stuff . 🗑️

The store is good but what bothers me the most no matter how busy you are or how busy you know you’re going to be there’s not enough cashiers and the cashiers you got like to talk nonstop like please let’s get the line moving stop talking.

I put in my order 4 hours prior showing up and when I came to pick up, I still ended up waiting 5-10 minuets till my order was ready
