Berdan court apartments in Wayne NJ are the best place to live!! Joe Poli is the best servicing your needs and extremely prompt! The grounds are beautiful and well maintained! The apartments are large and lovely with hardwood floors threw out! You won’t be sorry moving in here!!

Great management company with friendly supers, courteous staff, and prompt attention to requests when made. Highly recommend!

Maintenance is lacking in time management. You place a request in the Portal, once its picked up they ask you what time you want them to come, they ask for another time, and dont show up at the time they themselves requested. No one9 to supervise what they do. The only thing they approach on time is their lunch hour.
