I recently had the pleasure of interacting with Matt at the Hertz dealership, and I must say, his customer service was exceptional. Matt's knowledge, professionalism, and friendly demeanor made my car rental experience smooth and enjoyable. prices are pretty cool across the board, quick easy on checking out car. I disagree with the additional fees on contract for late drop off, with a call in advance and legitimate reason, the still charge a fee, MONEY GRAB !!

All of the Hertz locations are the same. If you are an Uber driver they will tell you to reserve your car. But then when you call to pick it up or show up the car is not there. The blame goes on Uber and they even tell you the cars come from Uber. When we all know Uber does not own a single car.Bad business practices!

I’m only giving this place a one star because I rented a car from them and off the lot. The car had no brakes. I told them and they wouldn’t return the car. They said I rented it for a week so within those seven days I took the car to get it, serviced and repaired, there was locknuts on the wheels which couldn’t get it done so in the seven days I spent about three of them at a service place getting the car fixed and when I asked for a refund, the manager told me there was nothing he could do so no I will never return to this branch

This is a smaller Hertz location with policies that can be prohibitive for many. The debit card policy is outrageously unnecessary. Just hold the deposit and run the credit check, no need for additional stipulations (same day booking, car size, etc). Also, they will accept the reservation but then not fulfill after customer has arrived. This can be incredibly frustrating if you paid for ride share to get there. As a five star Hertz member, I will never go back to this location again. Also just a lot of hassle in past experiences in this location + small dirty office and always a wait.

Terrible experience here. Wouldn’t recommend. They charged my friend card before allowing her to see the rental. Very rude & doesn’t help with customer service

I do not recommend.Made a reservation, they did not have the car I booked and forced me to pay extra for a large sedan since that was the only car they had.Usually other Hertz’s/rental companies just upgrade the customer with no extra hassle.I had to call corporate to complain and get refunded my original rate. Disappointing.

Had a car booked through the app to pick up in the morning. I uber'd to the location to pick up the car only to be told there are no cars available and to come back later. Very disappointed with the lack of coordination.

Worst experience trying to rent form this Hertz location. I arrived on time to pickup my reservation, I was told the car needed to be cleaned first, I waited 30 minutes and noticed the car was just sitting there and the gentleman had stop cleaning the interior, no one had notified me that the car was ready. I asked the gentleman at the desk when will the car be ready, he said the key is in the car and I can take it. I inspected the car, outside of the car was filthy, they made no attempt to clean the exterior, lots of scratches and dents on the outside, right bumper was pushed in like the car had been in an accident. I asked the agent if I could have another car and I explained to him why. He said he would speak to his manager, manager came out and said what’s wrong with the car, I explained to him that the car had dents all over, the front of the car was pushed in like there was an recent accident, exterior of the car was dirty. The SUV was basically a beat up 2020 pathfinder. The manager stated that all the dents were well documented and I would not get charged for it. I told him that because I was paying, I would prefer something in better condition, he said unfortunately he only have a compact SUV available and my reservation was for a standard SUV. There were four other SUV on the lot that he could have switch the car for but he was not willing to. He left me with no choice but to cancel my reservation which i had to wait another 20mins for. Wasted 2 1/2 hours.I would never ever rent from this location or recommend it to anyone. Worst customer service I have received from Hertz in my 20+ years of renting. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!

This is a very unprofessional business. They did not honor the car that I booked through the application, saying they have no control over what goes on the website. Additionally, the manager working is very unprofessional. He hit my car door with another car door and when I approached him, he got defensive and acted as if he can't see the dent. This was a very weird and unusual experience.
