Today I made my second visit to this place. First time I was there looking for a water tap, there was a gentleman there that when I asked what I need for this connector he showed me right away what I need and he was right!
Today I went there again to pick up a gas connection in plumbing aisle. I couldn’t find it and they called him as pluming aisle assistant. He came there very quick and asked me a couple questions and find exactly what I needed. He even went above and beyond and gave me one connection that I didn’t know I need and he was right!
He was so good in what he does. Patient professional and kind, his name was on his apron, Mike.
He is what Home Depot needs to beat Lowe’s. We all say that Lowe’s has better service but today Mike changed my mind. If Home Depot has more people like him that would make competition so hard for Lowe’s.

The worst Home Depot EVER! When you ask for help they automatically give you a look and they’re disrespectful, they deserve ZERO stars. DONT waste your time.

One of the best locations I have been to for The Home Depot.
Staff is very nice and always willing to help. Store is very clean and so are the bathrooms. Usually find everything I need.

The Home Depot in hackensack is just the right size for me. Not too big, not too small, has one or two of everything that you need.

as far as home depot locations go this one has to be near the bottom of the list. everything is a mess and is disorganized. when I rent tools the often either forget a part or give me one to a different machine completely setting me back time and money. if there is another location or store you could use I would suggest it.

Store and service is ok but their internet is terrible. To lookup a product that's in the store can take up to 5 minutes. Its like using the dail up 2400 baud modems back in the 80's. A multi billion dollar company can't do better. Come on home depot.

When to Home Depot to ask for help on a hand truck. All the customer service staff was beyond helpful especially Jordan. Manager Pat offered the most help and speedy service I could have asked for. Went above and beyond to help me the best he could.
