The staff at the location is amazing. I use Alaska Hsu for my taxes and he always goes above and beyond to make sure I'm taken care of. 10/10 definitely recommend.

H&R Block tax preparer Priscilla from Hackensack, NJ location in Riverfront Plaza is the best! She is knowledgeable and makes you feel at ease. Have been going to her for the past three years. For two years now I haven't had to go to the location because I moved 40 miles away, sending documents online is quick and she gets to work on them calmly.

Wife gave a tax preparer all our info, she was supposed to call us when she filed, never called and they closed with all our info.She constantly blew us off so it's either form 14157 or HR corporate to at least get our tax forms back

I am so pleased with how positive of an experience working with Priscilla was. We knew we were doing *something* wrong with TurboTax and had so many questions that couldn’t be answered via Google searches. Priscilla was very professional and I feel confident that we are paying back the right amount (2 grand less than expected). TurboTax was great when it was just me, a single w2, and being in the first income bracket. But now that life is a little more complicated, I am so glad to have come here.
