I give this place a zero stars! Staff is incredibly rude, they were too busy getting their lunch. They acted like we were bothering them. They charged me $15.99 for no reason. They told me they can't fix my tire so they have me pricing for expensive $360 tires! What kind of scam is this! They kept saying how I need to get a new tire & it was so uncomfortable after i kept saying i can't afford it. I explained i don't have $360 for 1 tire! I'm here to plug it! They didn't plug it & they forced me to pay $15.99 for nothing. I'm reporting them immediately. DO NOT GO HERE

Do not go to this place!
I went there about 4 months ago and purchased a full set of brand new tires with warranty. Out of the blue, one tire became defective, so I returned to have it fixed. At first, they told me I needed to buy a new tire. When I showed them my receipt and reminded them of the warranty, they suddenly changed the story and claimed the tire had been previously repaired, which made no sense because I bought it brand new from them. After insisting, they decided to “repair” the tire instead, which raised questions about their honesty.
The worst part came after. As I prepared to leave, I realized my brakes no longer worked and my trunk wouldn’t open—problems I never had before bringing my car in. When I confronted them, their response was simply, “That’s not our problem, your car is old.” They told me to leave with a vehicle that had no brakes, completely ignoring the danger they created.
I came in for a simple tire repair and left with a car that was unsafe to drive. If you value professionalism, honesty, and safety, stay far away from this place.

This place has been in business since 1927. No nonsense, honest, great service, fair prices. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my tire needs. I have used them at least a half a dozen times

We had to come in to change a tire. The staff were quick, attentive and honest. We thought we needed to change two tires but they said we didn’t and they saved us from paying for a 2nd tire we didn’t need. The price was fabulous as well.
I highly recommend the team at Hudson Tire Exchange.
