If there could a perfect shopping experience, it just happened at this JCrew! I came here to try on a men’s peacoat they have on sale online. Not only the product was great and I ended up paying less than I would’ve paid online, MICHAEL and BRANDON provided an above and beyond service, were very friendly and knowledgeable! They even gave me a cool JCrew garment bag for my new coat! Small but very impressive touch! As an added bonus, I found out that NJ doesn’t charge a sale tax on clothes. Bravo JCrew Hackensack! Standing ovations for MICHAEL and BRANDON! Never had such a great experience in any of NYC stores.

The woman I spoke to in the phone discriminated against me because I purchased a sweater at JCrew Factory. I called this store because my sweater was delivered with the security tag attached so I called to ask if they could remove it. She said absolutely not. She mentioned the price point difference between J Crew and JCrew Factory. I asked her what the difference is and she said …the clientele. The buyer . The class of the buyer.
She needs to be reminded that she it’s works there. If she could afford to shop there she wouldn’t be ringing people up at the register

Beautiful store, well organized. You feel welcomed the moment you step into the store.
Sales associates are gracious, helpful and knowledgeable. Great experience shopping there. You want to shop there everyday. It’s a happy place!!!

I love this store! The manager and staff are fantastic. I had a wonderful customer service experience here!!! Yesterday, I called and spoke to Deanna the manager. I explained that I purchased some items online, and I needed boxes. She told me - no problem, just stop by and she’ll take care of it. She had everything ready for me when I walked in, had the bag labeled so it wouldn’t get lost, and greeted me with a kind & happy spirit! ? I highly recommend this location if you’d like to have great customer service! I’d rate it more than 5 stars if I had the option…..

Just left J Crew store and was helped by a fantastic lady called Tasha K. She went above and beyond helping me and other customers. It got busy and she was whizzing around being extremely personable and kind. What an asset to the company! Thank you for the help???

Great pieces for the summer but there's no one on the floor to assist you with anything. I found a salesman in the fitting room who assisted me with sizing. I love this brand too. They have great quality clothing all year around. If you're looking for a deal with them you should consider ordering online. J. Crew.com offers 30-40% off. The downside when you buy anything on sale from them is it's final sale! There's no returns so make sure it's your size.

Rarely do they have sales. Very expensive for a pair of pants that shrink in the wash.Recommended for normal sized people with money to spend.
