Irene was very patient and walked me through all the bags I asked her for. She also made a few suggestions and offered to keep in touch when the bag I was looking for was back in stock. I didn’t purchase anything but I felt well taken care of and not rushed. Irene is extremely helpful and a delight to work with.

Fabulous meeting Dominque here today! The entire staff welcomed us upon entering and ensured I was quickly attended to. She graciously helped me by listening and inquiring what my preferences were. We went over many items and not once did she pressure me or make me feel I was not worth her time. She offered my father water numerous times as he sat and I shopped around for a gift. We even picked out some pieces for upcoming holiday. Exchanged info and text me immediately with the pics I wanted for us to revisit. Excellent service and friendly ambiance! I look forward to many more purchases with her!

I had a bad experience here. So I had a defective shoe brought back. They would only exchange it. So I picked a pair of sneakers out. I ended up a few days later wanting to exchange them for something else. Again not asking for my money back. They wouldn’t do it. I was told at the city location they should honor it. My location would t though. Store manager at this location seems extremely unreasonable. I have spent a lot of money at LV. It’s sad.

I’ve purchased a few items from this location, but this last time the salespeople were really impatient and cold. I purchased a pair of sneakers but returned them and went over to GSP and purchased there. I’ve never really had a great experience in this LV, and now will only go to the one at Garden State Plaza— much friendlier and helpful!

If I could give zero stars, it would be my pleasure. Sadly, I've made purchases from this location and would never do so again.Assuming because of my appearance (person of color) my shopping experiences at this location have been as mediocre and uncomfortable as you can imagine. Racial profiling comes as clear as day here. On one occasion, when picking up a purchase, instead of inquiring the sales associate asked while I was trying on my shoes "so, as far as payment?". I then advised he can wrap my purchase up as they were previously paid for when ordered, the sales associate attempted to redeem his distasteful service with a "cool" comment in reference to a pair of slides I had on. Upon entry during my last visit, I advised I was waiting for my SA (the only reason I would walk foot in this location) and the wait was so unsettling -literally was being watched like a lab rat to the point I decided to walk out.If you're looking for amazing customer service, visit the location at GSP! They're always welcoming and helpful to EVERYone.

Had a great experience with this store Devon was our sales representative. He took care of all of our needs and concerns and fit me with the perfect bag. We did return to location to purchase a wallet at a later time and the service was good from everybody in the store from the management to the gentleman working the door. If you're looking for quality and commitment from a team, definitely give this store a try!

This is the 4th LV purchase and the 3rd time visiting this location to pick up an online order. I initially came to pick up my Christmas gift (wallet) and decided to leave my key holder to get hot stamped. The sales associate said 30 minutes. 30 minutes later, the 2 'gatekeepers' stepped in front of me to prohibit my entrance after I already explained that I was picking up my hot stampped key holder. Felt racially profiled and was extremely uncomfortable. I have never been made to feel that way ever before.

Wish I can rate this location a 0. I recently bought a perfume and when I bought it I asked the salesperson if I can return it because I tend to have sensitive skin with specific things lately and he said yes I can return it within 30 days if I have the receipt present. Well I had an allergic reaction a few days ago and I went in to the riverside location and once I walked in didn’t feel very welcomed, there were 3 girls at a counter so I walked over one was sitting on a chair playing on her phone and the other two were very rude I presented the perfume and I said that I have a return and I explained to them that I had an allergic reaction and they lady was like oh if the seal is broken we can’t take it back so left and I called the customer service line and they said that I can return it if I have the original packaging and only if I had an allergic reaction. I never shopped to the riverside location I usually go to garden state but I figured since it’s just a return I’ll go to the one closer to me. But from now on, I’m shopping at garden state ONLY!!

This place is a joke. Customer services is horrible. Will think twice in buying another bag . Over two thousand Dollars you think they would at least get back to you when they said they would. I'm going to try to get through to someone in corporate . I'm so disappointed in this service. By the looks of these reviews I'm not alone
