Came into the store to get a new pillow and left with a whole new setup. I have bought from mattress firm in the past and this time around was a seemingly easy fluid experience. Ali was the one who helped me on getting what i was looking for and helped me a great deal on the financing making sure i was met with accommodations on every single step of the process. By far the best experience I’ve had in doing a big purchase. 10/10 would recommend to go to Ali. He listens, is well versed, and knowledgeable in the products and company.
