Came in with a slow tire leak. Ended up needing new tires and an alignment. They were happy to help and quickly went to work. As they were installing the new tires it was discovered that the stem on my TPS sensor was damaged. They offered an amazing discount on the sensor and got me out the door in short order. Will be back for any future work.

I stopped for air in my tire at a gas station that had a self-service air pump, but the machine malfunctioned and was removing air from my tire and it was very low. I stopped at Mavis and asked the gentleman in the office if they had an air pump, and he offered to have one of his associates check all my tires and add air. The whole process took less than 10 minute and no charge. I did tip the associate who performed the maintenance. I just think it always important to acknowledge people who are sympathetic to your issue and provide such wonderful assistance. Thanks Mavis of Hackensack! March 20, 2025

Came in for a new set of tires and wheel alignment. After speaking with Junior I decided to get front and back rotors and brakes as well. Excellent customer service by all the guys in the shop I personally dealt with. I will definitely be back to this location when I need any work done.

I had to take my M5 to get tires and Raja was able to get me tires for my car. Finding a trustworthy shop is not easy to find! I appreciate Raja and his team for helping me out! I’m glad we still have trustworthy people working on our cars
