“Being new to the CPAP community I have so many questions and get so confused. Today I was assisted by Jewel and she was so patient while I went through and explained where I was at with my therapy and she was quick to know exactly what I was talking about, all my info was right there in front of her. I wasn’t put on hold once our conversation started and what a relief it was to be heard and understood. I hope I get Jewel e every time I need to call DHS!!!”
