What a hassle ... Went 7/4 to change a phone was charged 43.00 and the on 7/5 my phone was turned off because of a 26.66 charge to switch phones was unpaid. Called Metro and was told to return to the store and call customer service while there because a phone change is 25 dollars and I got ripped off. The poor girl behind the counter had to handle/fix what the gentleman did the day before. Not only did they charge me for a new sim which he used the one in the old phone and a phone switch they didn't send the payment to Metro which resulted in them turning off my service until I paid the 26.66 which I had to pay. Eventually my 43 was refunded as credit and the hassle of having to return and my phone service interrupted ugggh steer clear of this place...I really believe they were trying to pull a fast one but got caught.

Excellent service from Rodrigo, thank you for helping me fix my phone, one of the best metro by t-Mobile I have ever been to. Rodrigo was very kind and patient with me since I am not good with mobile devices and he was really a great help, it is the best customer service I have had in my life without hesitation I will give him 5 stars, which this guy should really have. a raise or an honorable mention in your work, many thanks to rodrigo and Metro for this great service

The Peruvian who works there is a bad and terrible worker, as a worker he is simply no good. I wonder if the manager or supervisor of that branch located in the central area of the city of Hackensack is really aware of all the minor incidents and events of fights and strong arguments that this Peruvian worker has had with Metro By T clients. Mobile. The lack of professional ethics and human morality of this subject is sad and regrettable...

I go there and ask a guy to help he asks me for the number i give him the number and he’s saying this is not metro number is T mobile number I know the number is the metro anyway I go to tmobail they tell me is a metro number
I been for 11 years customer with metro this is the terrible service to 712 main st Hackensack nj

These people are terrible they are liars and thieves. They tried to steal $1000 from me saying that they didn’t have a return policy . They lied and said they sold unlocked phones when I asked . I got the phone and I had a line connected when I didn’t ask to be connected to metros service. Then I went to 3 different stores and they all told me otherwise and that these people are lying and are supposed to give refunds. DONT NOT COME HERE THEY WILL ROB YOU

Bad customer service, cold turkey(he just said to go to customer service) , I had to drive to Clifton to check my daughter' s data phone checked. The front desk in clifton was willing to help and made my day. When people buy devices cool, any issue with your plan, forget it. Metro of main Street is not the one for you. Best regards
