These people are terrible they are liars and thieves. They tried to steal $1000 from me saying that they didn’t have a return policy . They lied and said they sold unlocked phones when I asked . I got the phone and I had a line connected when I didn’t ask to be connected to metros service. Then I went to 3 different stores and they all told me otherwise and that these people are lying and are supposed to give refunds. DONT NOT COME HERE THEY WILL ROB YOU

Bad customer service, cold turkey(he just said to go to customer service) , I had to drive to Clifton to check my daughter' s data phone checked. The front desk in clifton was willing to help and made my day. When people buy devices cool, any issue with your plan, forget it. Metro of main Street is not the one for you. Best regards
