“I recently had my iPhone 11 pro max screen replaced for a decent price and it was done same day! While there was a misconception about the price I was given over the phone versus what I was told when I got to the store, the store associate was accommodating and rectified the problem. The phone looks and works great! I recommend this place to anyone who needs a quick repair for a decent price.”

“Excellent customer service. Nelson at the AT&T store in Hackensack was extremely knowledgeable and professional. My husband and I had a big issue after ordering new lines and phones through AT&T 611, our bill was completely wrong, we were charged for a phone we never received, and every representative told us something different. Nelson took the time to fix everything, explained the process clearly, and even followed up with us to make sure it was all corrected in a timely manner. Highly recommend this store, ask for Nelson if you need a new line or a new phone. 100% recommend.”
