Climate controlled 5x5 at a price that can't be beat. Compared to the Extra Space on river street, the storage unit is very clean and tidy. The staff is nice and attentive to your needs. The hours are a bit restrictive but are not a downside for me since I access the space mainly for seasonal goods. This is a great neighborhood storage unit that I very much prefer not only for the cost and location but for the general service they provide.

This place is amazing and has been taking care of my family treasures for three years! Lucy and Bashir run a top class storage facility in the heart of Hackensack. They were always there to lend a hand to help out to have conversation with. The storage facility itself is huge and has a lot of different size options on two different levels. If you’re looking to keep your treasury safe, I recommend this place over the national brand brands that sponsor ads on Google.

I will never ever use this company again. They tell you one thing put your belongings in a truck and then a totally different story and price comes out after they already have your things. They are extremely unprofessional and if you can use a different company. They screw you you over and threaten you by taking your things. And the worst part about is the movers have no idea what goes on because information is withheld from them! Don't use this company STAY AWAY!!!

No problem with the two cats that someone else complained about. Very attentive staffer whenever I come by. Very accommodating. I took away one star because of the hours available to access the storage unit. A 6:00p closing is a bit restrictive. 7:30p would be much better.

Do not use this company for moving. They are a bunch of liars and scammers and do not honor their price quote. They do not remove your furniture from the truck until you pay them more than what they quoted you. The salesman on the phone Michael hangs up on you and tells you to pay the " F'ing Guys". Do yourself a favor stay away from this company and move on to the next phone number. 0 stars.

Ughh. This place gave me the creeps. Took a tour to look at some units this week. The hallways were very dark during daytime. No automatic light sensors went on as we walked around the building. The place has abandoned property laying all around. Looks like a slum. It's dirty. It smells awful. It is definitely NOT climate controlled as advertised on their web site. The building was very humid and warm. Very uncomfortable. A movable staircase and another piece of machinery is needed to access and lift your items to second level units. That arrangement just doesn't appear safe. The picture they use on their web site of a well lit, very clean hallway of units must be from another company. It was nowhere in sight when I was there. Prices quoted were not better than the really good, clean, well lit name brand places nearby that have better access times. Just not worth it. Just for Ss&Gs, I would suggest you check it out first the way a real estate agent takes you to the worst house first. Then check out the well established chains. You'll understand exactly what I mean.

First impressions are everything. Email inquiry was not answered. I called and spoke with a woman who TOTALLY unhelpful and made little effort to assist me with basic Q&A. She told me to look online for things that I pointed out were not available online hence the reason for my call as I was online while speaking to her. She seemed VERY annoyed that I asked simple things such as if the unit was on the ground level or not. I offered that I am unfamiliar with the company and their setup and asked could she explain about the unit and setup but again she was annoyed and directed me to look at the website. I will pay more for a company to use and feel better about it than saving a few dollars and having the worst service ever. If this is the start of how they conduct business this is a bad start !!

Place has been our “attic†for almost 20 years. Owners could not be more friendly and accommodating. It is definitely a “no frills†facility, but, hey, it's a place to safely and conveniently store my stuff. I don't need to pay for carpeting or a cappuccino maker. Highly recommended.
