The place was clean, the pedicure was good but the manicure was rough on my cuticles, she didn't use the correct tools, she just pushed the cuticles with a nail file and made some of them bleed. It felt as if she was in a hurry and didn't care to do a good job.

My first time here I got a regular gel manicure with Jackie. I liked the service so much that I decided to come back a second time. I called to make an appointment with Jackie. I was told I could come in at 11 AM. The lady on the phone asked me what I was getting done and I told her gel manicure she told me that gel manicure can be done by anybody it doesn’t have to be Jackie she asked me if I wanted to just go to somebody else. If I wanted just anybody to do my nails, I would have just been a walk in and I wouldn’t waste time calling to make an appointment. She said unless I’m doing a builder gel or something more expensive which I feel like is absolutely ridiculous because it shouldn’t matter how much the service cost whether it’s a $30 job or $100 job. The lady on the phone proceeded to tell me that Jackie is busy when prior to that she told me Jackie had an availability at 11 AM. This is not how you treat paying customers. I won’t be returning, there are too many nail shops around to have to endure this kind of treatment.

I have been a customer at nail boutique since 2013! I can’t remember a time they didn’t accommodate me or make me feel so valued and appreciated. I even moved to Connecticut and STILL make my way to Jackie’s because of the amazing work and service i receive. There’s a reason the shop is always busy! My favorite girls for pedicures& manicures are Sonya, Maria and MOST DEFINITELY PATRICIA! The attention to detail that Patricia gives is impeccable. Mae always does my brows and I’m always satisfied. I’ll be very sad the day i have to find a new tech but until tell nail boutique it is!!

Been to this salon over 15x’s, but the person I used to go to was not there during my most recent visit. I then was directed to the short chubby Spanish lady in the front right (can’t recall her name). I went in for a new set of UV tips and 3 of my nails were coming off the next day. I called and explained the situation and the phone lady told me to come in, no problem. However, when I go back 2 days later the spanish lady didn’t want to acknowledge her doing or even try to remedy the problem. She said, she currently has a customer and shrugged me off. I was then handed off to a pedicure person who did not know what she was doing. She was completely lost. When the Spanish lady was done with her customer, I went to her and asked if she could takeover to which she said you already have someone. The lady who answers the phone began to show me attitude too as if I’m the troublemaker, like i didn’t just spend close to $100 (also paid for an elaborate design) on these nails for them to literally come off two days later. And to drive back and forth (30 mins roundtrip) to this salon with kids at home for them to treat me in this manner. Eventually Jackie stepped in and finished the job. Needless to say, I will never be going back to this salon to be mistreated for their mistakes.

The owners and workers are very pleasant.
Requested style: Whether you're requesting a style or not sure what style you want. They always accommodate or help you figure it out and their prices are reasonable to.
Specialties: They offer specialties and always know how to o them. Honest in suggesting what and waht should not be done. I've been going there for approximately 8 years and although I have had minor issues. They were always rectified.

Jackie and Mae are the best.
Staff is also very nice
Ive been going here for over a year and they always go above and beyond. Great prices and great work. I do the dip powder and absolutely love it . They will accommodate your needs as long as you let them know.

This place was horrible they lied about the price and did a horrible job on my daughter's nails. When asked if they could fix their mistake they looked annoyed.I will never go back.

the worst place for nails, they don't know how to do their job and they are very expensive, I don't recommend that place to anyone Sonia, Elena & Maria is hateful and the other employees are hateful too, they just want the money here in new I have no luck with the manicure & pedicure, They leave your work very bad and they don't care, and they also leave a lot of pain in your fingernails and toenails, they are disgusting.

I’ve been to many salons in the Bergen County area. Nail Boutique is the best! My nails are healthy and strong because of Jacky’s gel powder recommendation. They last so long and look absolutely beautiful. I everyone in the staff is talented and so nice. And bonus, they have parking.

The place is not clean. My tech was not good, sloppy, and did not listen to any of my requests. He did not care to fix any of the lint that was stuck, he wiped the nail polish with his pants, he cleaned around my nails with his finger nail, he wiped designs he didn’t like with his finger. There was also a random cut fingernail on my table. It was dirty and disorganized. The tech didn’t clean it before or after the appointment. He filed my nails so harshly I had to tell him to stop because it was so painful. He even filed some skin from my index finger. Gross. It was a complete disaster.
