I’ve been coming here for over 3 years now and James is the only person I go to. He is very professional, always does exactly what I ask for. He is super calm and very patient. I look forward to my nail appointments and know I will always walk out happy.

I totally disagree with the person who left a negative review about James..he is excellent..perfectionist..knows his stuff..maybe people have nothing nice to say or its the customers attitude..I will trust Noone but James

I went to James, the young male who has a serious attitude and he re-filed my nails. I asked him to change to change my square nails to oval. He did a terrible job. They were all crooked and then charged me for filing a different shape. I pointed that out to him and where does it say that on his price list and it is not listed he just made it up and then started screaming at me. I’m done.

Horrible service!!! I got acrylic nail set with gel and a regular pedi with no polish. The man cut me and I was bleeding for 15 mins. And he kept putting alcohol and burning my cut. Nail set finish is not smooth. Pedicure did not clean my foot. I left with dry and un-smooth heels. They did not scrub the callas properly. I was not going to tip but I still paid 5$ even after I was hurt and received bad service. Then the man had the audacity to question me why I paid 5$ and not more tip. Like excuse me sir I will pay whatever tip I want to. Tip is not mandatory and it's upto the customer to trip the amount they want. So shameless to beg for more tip. I was not going to write this review but when they man tried to shame me bcoz I paid 5$ and I told him I didn't like the service he blew off my concerns. Do not go to this place. I took photos of my nails and foot so I have proof.

Went twice and both times my cuticles were made to bleed from rough gouging of my cutcles. I know I should not have gone back after the first time.

I used to do spa in this place for more than 4 years , the service so great until today the lady who took me her name is vivi,she is very rude and not helpful she put my feet in the green tea less than 30 second and start to clean my foot with chiller it was very hurt so I asked her that I need to put my feet inside the hot water 5 minutes at least and talked with her very nicely ,afterthat she is very upset and asked another lady her name is Wang who was very nice and take care of my feet as I want ,so I have very bad experience with vivi,so i not recommend anyone to ask service from her

Very unfriendly, I had a gel manicure the lady started filing my nails without removing the top coat on my nails I had to tell her three times before she responded, she didn’t clean up my nails just applied gel very rough I complained and another girl came and applied another coat of polish and top coat .I wasn’t satisfied with the service so I didn’t give her a tip, the second girl asked me for a tip and I declined because she actually didn’t do nothing but apply a coat of polish.A lady got up from her desk and started cursing at me and said if I didn’t like them don’t come back which was very rude and unprofessional. Customer service stinks if i could I would give a zero for their attitude and customer service overall. I will believe it’s racism and of course I will never go back there. I believe it was the owner who choose to address me in such a unprofessional manner. It’s all about tips for this salon and not customer satisfaction
