My family purchased our kitchen cabinets from Ok Sales and had a very positive experience from start to finish. They were knowledgeable and helpful in designing our kitchen and the cabinets were good quality. When we had a few items that needed fixing, they did it right away for us. Of particular help was a person named Roland who went above and beyond to assist us. He is very professional and great guy to work with. I highly recommend Roland and Ok Sales. Steve

Class and professionalism all the way! I worked with Max and Jim to create the modern kitchen look in my new home. Max understood the look I was going for. He addressed all questions start to finish and was always available to provide advice and guidance on design, cabinetry, island material and the fabrication process. He is the go to person, Definitely recommend!

Recently we got kitchen cabinates , counter tops and bathroom vanities for our new house it was installed by OK Sa Li es company. They did good job and after installation service is excellent. Ronald service representative is very nice guy and followed up for after installation issues I would recommend OK Sakes for anyone

It has been a terrible experience dealing with OK Sales Kitchen Outlet. I had to choose this vendor because I purchased my house from builder, and the builder works exclusively with this store. They fail to clearly explain what is included as part of the basic package with the home purchase and what credit is provided when opting for upgrades.
When you choose an upgrade, they don’t bother to disclose all the details. Instead, they pressure you into selecting more expensive options. There is a lot of discrepancy in their pricing, and they take no responsibility for addressing any queries or concerns. Whenever you ask questions, they simply push you away without providing clear answers.
The entire experience has been a nightmare. I advice everyone to clearly verify their quotation vs actual contract they change it whatever the way they like.

All the negative reviews are on point. Have cabinets from them in my home which are starting to show signs of wear. Called them to ask if they knew how I could obtain a touch-up kit. Whoever I was speaking with asked me to send him pictures of the cabinets so he could find out what color they were and that he would get right back to me. No response so I called back and he said he needed a little more time. Almost a week later now and I've texted the same # I sent the pictures to with no response. Don't waste my time asking me to send you pictures if you have no desire to assist me. Simply responding that you wouldn't be able to locate what I needed would have sufficed and I would have moved on to the next option.

As one reviewer stated they do NOT try to correct their mistakes. I had a whole kitchen installed and in the end there was an issue.. I contacted the manager Rob through email and we went back and forth about it then his communication stopped. I emailed again asking if he had gotten the email and he said he did but basically had no further comment... really? no further comment on an issue with an unhappy customer... how immature to just ignore someone.. there was no sorry, no offer of a resolution... I just feel like he should have at least tried to resolve it. He went from being great to work with ,to being,in my opinion a bad manager. Customer service is key people. Anyway I had recommended about 3 people to this place, they were re-doing their kitchens... and I obviously contacted them and told them to go elsewhere. The actual installer of the cabinets was great, in the end.. he did offer to fix the problem for me, but the actions of the manager were not cool.

Worst service ever. Designed my home with them (chosen by builder, not me), wanted to replace a cabinet and they sold me extra items despite knowing I didn't need it. Now won't accept return/refund/exchange, anything. Definitely wouldn't ever use them again!

They did my kitchen recently and seen multiple issues. Very disappointed with their response when i called them for the issues. They talk as if there is no issue at all and simply say that they can't do anything about it and that is how they are going to be. One lady even mentioned that she doesn't have time to talk to me and convince, thats really weird. I ended up paying for upgrades and being forced to compromise with these issues.
