Oriental Rug Specialists provided great service cleaning my five rugs and replacing fringe on three of them. I was startled by how well they turned out! Dealing with Sandra was easy, and I appreciate the advice she gave me about which rugs needed fringe and which could wait, plus what types of dyes were used and how to care for them. Pickup and delivery went well, especially since one rug is quite large. I had a sixth rug that they advised not to clean because of its age and fragility. Their honesty in not trying to get as many rugs to clean and repair as possible showed how they value their integrity. I did a lot of research before deciding on this business and I'd recommend it to others.

I didnt get to finish before my review of ORS servieces was completed...What I wanted to finish saying was, I was extremely satisfied with the Sandy's overall performance and she delivered on all fronts of the appraisal process going above and beyond all of my expectations, at a very affordable price!
I could not be happier and I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends.

Excellent all-around service. Been using ORS to clean my rugs for the past 9 years. Every time they come back looking new. Very dependable!
