Went in for a flat tire repair. There were two screws/nails embedded in my rear tire. Despite telling them about them, they only removed one. The guy said “he got it.” No, he did not. I had to go in to another place (Mavis) to have the other one removed.

Hugo, the service Advisor took care of what i needed done .I know him and some of the guys that work at pepboy's for many years. So far the New Struts feel really good when driving, what a big difference ! Hugo, was very kind and professional as always !! I'm happy ! 👍🙏

Drop of service the night before, store opened at 8 had my car ready for pickup by 1030. Pretty satisfied with the service, speed and convenience. Also, bought 3 tires received 1 free and free mounting, recommend to anyone looking for a decent deal.

I highly recommend Pep Boys at Hackensack. The staff was friendly and professional. I got 4 new tires for my car with an alignment. They also replace a bent control arm. The price for everything was very good and car drives like new.

The representative at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming. However, I cannot overlook the lack of efficiency in their service and disrespect for the customer.
I scheduled a replacement for two front tyres at 8:30 AM, arrived on time, and ended up leaving at 11:25 AM. For a professional establishment, replacing two tyres should not take more than a few minutes per tyre, even with a reasonable buffer. This experience gave me the impression that the business does not value their customers' time. Unfortunately, I will not be returning

I brought my car in for a left rear tired repaired and after waiting 2.5 hours I noticed the receipt was showing that they had supposedly repaired the rear right one instead. I came back in and instead of an apology all I got was an attitude and was told I had to wait again because they were very busy. How could they charged me for something that wasn’t damaged in the first place as this is a brand new car and that the only issue I wanted to address was not even handled properly. I would never ever bring my car to this location again.

I took my car to get serviced and Roger was very helpful in telling me what was wrong with my car and showing me what him and his team fixed. They had me in and out within a reasonable time frame. I highly reccomend coming here.
