Apparenty, online appointment is useless. Their attendant suggested not to schedule anything online. The tire I went in for was not there. I had to wait three and a half hours for one tire change. And this was with an appointment.

This place is the worst. They are very dishonest. I went there with the battery light on and the mechanic (Osmani) said the alternator is not charging the battery properly and added a few more things for no reason. He made a few faults in the car by himself and charged me $1400 for alternator replacement and tuneups. When I didn't even need the alternator replacement, it was working fine.Later on, my car's engine light was on and I showed him and he said your cars engine is faulty you need to replace the engine when I only needed an engine oil fill up.They added things in the bill that my car didn't even need. Then shop fee and labor and inspections that I didn't ask for.He looked at the engine oil strip and said oil is fine you need to change the engine. They don't know anything about cars or what they are doing. They just make things up to rob you and get extra money from you.They ask you to wait in the waiting area and mess up everything with your car. I would never go back there. Don't trust them with your car if you want your car to keep working without getting robbed by Pep Boyz.They have the worst service and expensive rates than everyone else. The only thing they are best in is dishonesty.

Came in at 11:30 am to get all 4 tires replaced. The representative told me it will take up to 2 hours. I left and came back at 1:45 pm, and was told the car wasn't ready but it's on the lift getting worked on. I later asked at 3:15pm how much longer will it take, I was told about 25 min. I finally became fed up and asked the representative about my car, and that's when I was told my car was ready. There was no sense of urgency or respect for the customers time. I’m no mechanic, but I know it doesn’t take 4 hours to change 4 tires. If they are short staff or things are taking longer than usual a simple status update can help, instead of the customer asking how much longer. As I read other reviews it seems like this issue is common and nothing has been done about it.

Guys at this location stood by their work. Replaced brake pads which were squeaking (after replacing back in August 2023). Didn't pay parts or labor. Also helped me out with a tire which was defective.

Waited days for the car to be fixed, STILL waiting... day 4! When we got there Fernando went on a 2 hour break and apparently noone can look at the car till he was back.They promised the car Thurs, THEN friday! Now its going on Saturday. So missing days of work cause of fake promises.Fernando also gave an attitude when calling back. Had to speak to the manager, which never called back to update as promised. Louis was the only one that really made an effort! Zach gave an effort after I was completely frustrated with the situation. Lets see how this turns out. Seems the better business bureau call is next.IF THEY DIDN'T KEEP GIVING FAKE PROMISES of when things would be fixed then we wouldn't of waited.

I called at 8:00 A.M. to make an appointment. The employee told 11:00 was good and I made the appointment. I showed up 5 minutes early. Checked in, gave my keys. Guys said should be 1- 1.5 hours. It's now past 12:30(1.5 hours later) and my car has not even been looked at yet. I myself have an appointment for my work and now must leave because I can NOT make appointments with my customers and then show up 2 hours late. It would be bad for business. I would have no more customers to help if I conducted business this way. Makes me wonder how you have any customers left... If you would like to discuss this further, you can contact me.

Terrible service, I placed an order online and the confirmation message said that they were ready the next day, but a surprise the next day they told me that they didn't even have the order so I should place a new order, the service was terrible.

This place is the worst place for car ownersi was the one 1st appointment early morning finished 1pmso slow..drinking coffee, talking... looking for tools..walking around..........my car was in the lift for 1 1/2 hour without doing anything.he started when i complained.after i changed oil my car mileage was reduced a lot.i am not sure why but i will find out soon.****worst experience auto shop.
