I waited 15 minutes past my appointment time for them to tell me my dog couldn’t get groomed because of a policy against dogs who have a history of seizures. My dog is 12 years old and has been groomed by Petco on and off his whole life. he has never been barred from being groomed nor has he ever had an incident while in Petco’s care.
Additionally, he has been medically cleared by veterinarians for his issues for years. Apparently what’s good for DVMs isn’t good for Petco. I was never given prior notice or a disclaimer stating their policy otherwise i would not taken the time to go there or keep my appointment. It was a disappointing and unnecessary experience.

They're always helpful and their prices are very much the same as the internet. They are also helping rescues and that makes me very happy.

I wish there was an easier way to inform the store we are picking up an order like through the app vs calling. Que target.
Ample parking and relatively new renovation.

Bought my fish tank at great price .Looked all over even on FB marketplace but petco was best price with all accessories included as well.Pick up was a breeze !!Very happy with my experience!!

I APOLOGIZE for giving Marisa the business. My fur baby looks like someone else's baby. She is so naked but I know it was necessary. COUPONS DON'T MEAN ANYTHING but I will take my baby back because the staff is so nice.

I've been a loyal customer at this Petco for years, but my last visit really disappointed me. I saw two Syrian hamsters housed together, which is a big no-no for their safety. Plus, the small animal enclosures were messy—one hamster wheel had fallen, and the ferrets' hiding spots were all over the place.
It feels like the animals aren't getting the care they need, which is concerning. I hope management steps up to improve conditions. It’s sad to see when you’ve always trusted a place to care for pets.

Absolutely love coming to the Vetco clinic here. I bring all 3 of my pets here (2 cats and 1 dog). The doctors and staff are incredibly friendly, helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. I’m very picky of where I take my pets for medical care. I would highly recommend bringing your pet here for any needs. Thank you for everything thus far!
