“Being out of the country, I needed a prescription transferred from my Monmouth County located pharmacy to a Bergen County pharmacy so that one of my children could pick it up for redelivery to me. I called the shop on a Friday and spoke to Nick. He immediately jumped into action and had the prescription transferred. On Monday, it was delivered to my daughter. If this is the kind of service a total stranger gets, I can’t imagine how happy their regular customers are. Thank you folks for handling me as you would a long time customer!”

“I did not even get a script filled here AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS OUTSTANDING! I spoke with a young lady named Shefali, I had to ask her a question if they would have a certain medication. She was able to tell me that the medication was currently on back order and there was no date of when they would have it, but it could be any day. That’s far more information than the pharmacy where I had my original script filled even gave me. This Is the exact reason I love smaller pharmacies because of their professional and courteous customer service. And I felt this young lady portrayed all that. It’s nice to say something positive about a pharmacy/employee and I look forward to using this pharmacy in the future.”

“I had to get my flu and pneumonia vaccinations today and I don't know why but I wasn't expecting stellar service. Everything is so rushed these days so I wasn't expecting much. Surprise, surprise! Jin L provided my vaccinations and I couldn't be happier or more satisfied with the experience. I had questions and she answered me patiently and fully. Never once did I feel rushed, or like I was being a bother. Even after she finished the vaccination and I was about to leave, I turned back with one more question as she was walking away and she stopped without even a huff and answered me. If you feel a way about going to a pharmacy to get a vaccination, consider CVS. I feel respected, and I was treated courteously. I venture to say I'll return for all my vaccines. Thanks CVS! Please tell Jin L that she was fabulous and her nails were beautiful!”

“I have been going here for about a year and half after receiving a PTCL diagnosis in March 2025. My experience has been nothing short of incredible. The doctors knew exactly what I needed from day 1 and have gotten me to a very good place. I never had issues w scheduling appointments or procedures. The nurses at infusion site on the second floor were incredibly accommodating and friendly. My hospital stay for the an allo stem cell transplant was long but the care I received was amazing. Recently my appointments are becoming more infrequent and couldn't be happier. I am grateful for all the work that happens here.”
