“This is THE BEST pharmacy in the area. I was new to Hackensack I’ve used a few and this is the only I will use from now on. They actually care about their customers and go out their way to help you anytime they can. In today’s world where everyone does the bare minimum it’s so nice to have a place like this where they know you by name, where they don’t just do their job they do everything they can to help. Shoutout especially to Duane, Dwayne? He spent a bunch of his own time to make sure I got my meds, dealing with doctors insurance, and other less competent pharmacies. I’m serious if you are someone who needs to know you’re medication will be there every month, and who will be greeted with a smile when you pick up your prescription, or have it delivered chose this pharmacy.”

“I did not even get a script filled here AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS OUTSTANDING! I spoke with a young lady named Shefali, I had to ask her a question if they would have a certain medication. She was able to tell me that the medication was currently on back order and there was no date of when they would have it, but it could be any day. That’s far more information than the pharmacy where I had my original script filled even gave me.

This Is the exact reason I love smaller pharmacies because of their professional and courteous customer service. And I felt this young lady portrayed all that.
It’s nice to say something positive about a pharmacy/employee and I look forward to using this pharmacy in the future.”

Referred by a friend to Peniel Pharmacy; they were able to order it in advance of my arrival so that it could be ready quickly. I am so impressed with the service I will definitely be back.”

“I had to get my flu and pneumonia vaccinations today and I don't know why but I wasn't expecting stellar service. Everything is so rushed these days so I wasn't expecting much.

Surprise, surprise! Jin L provided my vaccinations and I couldn't be happier or more satisfied with the experience. I had questions and she answered me patiently and fully. Never once did I feel rushed, or like I was being a bother.

Even after she finished the vaccination and I was about to leave, I turned back with one more question as she was walking away and she stopped without even a huff and answered me.

If you feel a way about going to a pharmacy to get a vaccination, consider CVS. I feel respected, and I was treated courteously. I venture to say I'll return for all my vaccines.

“This pharmacy is so much better than Walgreens or CVS. They get the prescriptions quickly, they never put you through a runaround or unnecessary difficulties, and they are polite when you have a question.”

“They kept me alive through Multiple Myeloma, which is obviously the best thing they could have done, but the service, the office workers, the Doctors, the building are all 5/5 stars. The nurses and office staff go above and beyond (whenever I need paperwork for disability or social services, or FMLA they were on top of it.) The social work department goes out of their way to help and ensure that you have the supports right down to transportation. I really can't find anything negative to stay. Even the parking is free for cancer patients (which if you know the area is a big deal). The technology is top notch. If you have any type of cancer, this is the place to go.”

“I was in this CVS for the urgent care the day after Christmas. By the time I left the urgent care in the CVS the pharmacist and associate had my medicine read for me for pickup. I love that store since 11 yrs ago when I used to live in Fairlawn. Best you are ever going to get there in the pharmacy. They care about their customers.”
