I have been a customer of once for over 10 years and at first I really liked them they were always friendly and informative if I was traveling and had to use the ATM where they were not located they automatically refunded the 3$ they charged me. But then I was hurt this last year at work. Now I have a checking 2 savings high yield one of them and 2 credit cards which had pretty high limits I always use and pay right away so I avoid interest charges well my car broke down and when I needed my bank the most they betrayed me. I went to check to see what my balance was cuz the repair was going to be several thousand dollars and to my surprised my credit cards no longer had 10k$ availability nope not even close it was late u thought I was dreaming. Checked again in the morning 1 they had lowered to $1000 from 10k I have never been late never asked for an extension been using them and holding small balances so they are collecting interest and gone the second one same thing. When I called to inquire why they never said anything the guy said I will send you a letter immediately and he did the following day I'm the mail I got it . I'm not spending enough money with them........ ARE THEY SERIOUS. AFTER 10 YEARS THIS IS HOW THEY TREAT A CUSTOMER I days this had to be illegal the lady said I can't talk to you anymore you said it was illegal and I will have someone contact you. Spoke sometime a day later and she lied and says that they lowered the credit and send me a letter before they did. Lie and I can prove it. The letter was overnighted and I noticed on Friday it was Tuesday when I got the letter. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BANK THEY DO NOT APPRECIATE THERE CUSTOMERS. 10 YEARS NEVER NEVER 1 ISSUE

Incompetent staff answering the phone. I called to make an appointment for notary service and am disabled. I had a 1 pm on Friday, October 25, 2025, drive to this branch and they tell me the notary is on vacation. Just wasting people’s time, what’s the use of calling and making an appointment? How do you not know the only notary person is out? I called last week?

The worst bank and the worst service. There is no deposit machine in the area and they are all broken. You will need to go to another branch. It takes 30 minutes and in the end it will be broken.😡

Service is getting noticeably, much better. This branch has always been great with things like cashier's checks, personally looking into fraudulent or odd items on statements. And today, Wednesday, 10/09/2024, at 6:07pm I got a courtesy from Joseph, directly from the bracnch, just to inquire about my level of satisfaction with PNC; no pitch, no upgrade offers, pure customer service! Way to go Joseph, and way to go PNC!

This location absolutely sucks. Been coming here for years and it’s the only one closest to me. But today I’ve had enough. Switching banks all together because it’s low staffed or they are just always super slow and have a line no matter when you come in. Oh & their ATM has been down for a year and 2. I don’t get it & idc at this point anymore.

The service with the lady who works in this place and receives people is the worst, she speaks badly to customers and is not there to help them but to speak rudely. A person with poor customer service should not work at this entity.

Rey was the most helpful person ever! After going to 4 different banks to try and get a Signature guarantee, he was the only one willing to take the time and actually help me get it done! Would highly recommend! 10/10!

I have multiple experiences with this bank over a dozen years I would say that 90% of them have been good I have spent hours on the phone with their specialists including a Deborah from Michigan from their fraud division I believe, who has given me excellent customer service and has been very pleasant and professional in every instance that we have spoken to which, has to be at least a half a dozen times. she has researched situations and followed through to the end. I think she is an outstanding example of PNC Bank corporate level I have also had dealings with multiple local PNC Banks near me in North Jersey and found them to be helpful and detail-oriented.

I come to the bank to open up an account customer service skills is horrible the lady telling me I have to come back I'm already in the bank why should I have to come back I wouldn't recommend this Branch to anyone.
