I recently moved from Ohio to Kentucky. I use this moving company and during the move they wanted extra to move my couch and then when we finally made it to Kentucky, we found out that a chunk of my TV from the living room had been broken off. Still to this day four months later it’s been a fight to get this fixed and get a new TV. They’re giving us the runaround. 10 out of 10 would not recommend.

Problem free move. No hidden fees, Crew showed up on time, packed and moved contents of house. Extremely professional. Will be using them again.

Prudential van lines team were amazing!!! So professional and so nice. These guys went above and beyond all expectations. They even unwrapped some furniture and set it up for me. I would hire these guys again and highly recommend them.

Everything went well. Their customer service was pretty good as far as having specialists come out and decide how many boxes you needed. The movers were pretty good as well. However, their pricing was a little high.

Everything is handled by prudential van lines on a timely basis, and they are prompt to return phone calls and emails and are happy to help in any way they can. The team in the office is first class, and the moving teams are very polite!

My original mover backed out on me last minute. I was lucky enough to find prudential van lines your site. They saved the day for sure. The movers were polite and worked quickly, Coudnt ask for a better service. Will be using them again when my lease is up. Thanks!!!
