I wanted to go somewhere cheap since paying for a car wash shouldn't feel like paying for a 3-D movie while on a double date. The basic was was less than twenty bucks and I got a top notch was and vacuum. The wash was quick and easy.

On Wednesday I called to order 4 tires for my car. They told me they were going to get the tires from another store and they would be available for installation at 6pm. I got there at 6pm and was told they would not be able to be installed for a minimum of 2 and a half hours and they advised me to come back on Saturday between the hours of 11 and 11:30 so that the installation could be done timely. I got there at 11 and was told that there were too many cars ahead of mine and I had to leave my car to pick it up at 2:30 when it was finished. Once 3 pm came around I still had not been called so I went back only to find my car still in the lot untouched. When I approached the man he told me it had been finished. I showed him the tires had not been changed and the man extremely rudely said he did not call me to come pick it up asked if I wanted to cancel the order. After having wasted so much time and dealing with so much unnecessary aggravation I went to Costco where my tires were replaced quickly and for $5 less a tire! The icing on the cake is they had to the nerve to call me after the fact to see if I still wanted the tires!

Do yourself a favor and do not take your car here. I ordered 4 tires and had them installed. Pretty strait forward right? Well, one of these guys broke one of my tire sensors. As soon as I pulled out, my tire sensor went off. Told the guy at Mavis, he looked at it and tried to tell me at first that my sensor went bad. I laughed and said wow what a coincidence that it went off after you changed my tires. So it gets better after that. I arrange to drop the car off early the next morning so I can pick up the car later in the day and not have to wait. Well guess what? I waited an hour and a half because these geniuses tried to replace he sensor with a cheap inferior part that wasn't from the dealership. They tried with two different brands which weren't compatible and then finally tell me "we're going to get the sensor from acura so we have to wait for it to be delivered". So they break my sensor and then try to cheap out on the replacement part. So I waited an hour and a half after working all day when I dropped my car off at 3 am. Oh and also, these morons tried to tell me I need new shocks on my car when it has low miles and shows no signs of bad shocks. They said the tires have uneven tread wear. Luckily I'm not a complete noob and said hell no. Two weeks later acura looked at my car and said the shocks are COMPLETELY FINE. The one guy there named Jose is an alright dude who I don't want to say anything bad about, but everything else and everybody else is incompetent and immoral. Stay away please.

NOTHING QUICK ABOUT MAVIS TIRES!! Made an appointment for all 4 tires to be replaced. Thought it I made appointment for 9:30am things would be relatively quick. WRONG!! I arrived on time, they made me wait 90 minutes before they even got to my car. After all of that, it took them ANOTHER 90 minutes to install the tires. RIDICULOUS!!

I scheduled my jeep to have tires installed for monday 12/10 @ 200pm. I scheduled the install on 12/5. At 1230pm someone called and wanted to confirm appointment. I informed him that my wife would be bringing the jeep, he informed me there maybe a 30 minute wait. I told please do not make wait Any longer than 30 minutes. He told that shouldn't be problem. My wife arrived at 145pm and was informed she would have to wait over 2hrs just to get in shop and unknown how long for tires to be installed, plus they already were adding a $79 wheel alignment charge. My wife took off from work in order to have tires installed and was very upset. The installer really didn't seem to care. I'm very disatified with how my wife was treated. Basicly why bother scheduling appointment if there not going to adhered to it. I would never recommend mavis tire to anyone. They seem disinterested in helping a customer. Especially in making a customer happy.

My experience with Mavis Tire on October 6th went smoothly when I went to get a full tire change, rear brakes changed, alignment set up, and what this complaint is about - an oil change - until a month later. My car failed to start and after an assessment with a mechanic, I was told the car lacked oil. I spoke with the manager Rey at Mavis Tire who assured me that the oil was changed, as the filter used is of their company. I mentioned that no sticker had been placed to remind me of the next oil change, my invoice listed that I had in fact paid for that service, and yet a mechanic had found no oil nor a leak. I asked my mechanic to speak to the manager directly to which he mentioned that when he spoke to Rey, he was told that they had forgotten to change the oil. Rey's claims to both of us were not consistent and he did not assist us in resolving the issue even after a 3-way conference call.

I took my car at 9:15am for 2 tires to be changed and an alignment. On the phone I was told it's an hour work. I asked would it be ready by 1pm? I was told for sure... at 11:40 I call asking if it's ready? They say they are backed up and I ask if it would be finished by the latest 1:30 at least they say yes we will make sure... I get another call for another issue and ask shall I come and they say yes should be done 20-30 minutes at this point is 1:45... I am there and see my car just being lifted up and the guy who is supposed to work decides he has to have lunch first rather than work on my car... mind you I have to pick up my kids in less than an hour and I am freaking out... I ask them when it will be done and hey say a few more minutes it's at this point 2:10 and I have lost my patience and I make a stink but no one cares.... I left my car at 9:15AM for a tire change and it took bloody 5 hours and no sincere apologies... the guy at the register wasn't caring, was on the phone non stop and didn't try to make the situation better... after all this and an alignment I look at the sign on my car and it still says please check tire pressure!!!!!!

I was really surprised to see such bad review in Regards to this location. Fortunate for me, I had a totally different experience. I foolishly put metal tire stem caps on my 2013 Honda Accord EX and the seized to the tire stems. On a visit to the dealer the dealer told me that they would try to take them off, but that if the TPMS sensor broke it would be between $250 - $300 each to replace. I as t gonna go for that so I Youtube'd it and found out that o could cut the stems off. Long story short, I cut the stem caps off but cut too deep and cut into the stem now i cant put air in my tire. I shopped around and found that I could get new TPSM for about $80 a piece, at Mavis. Cool. I took a ride over there and spoke with the very nice gentleman at the front counter, explained my situation to hime and he said fine. My car went in and about a half hour later they bring it back out...$42 he tells me. I was expecting a bill of at least $360 (not counting tax and labor) for four TPSM monitors. $42 he tells me. What did you guys do? "We changed just the stems, didn't need to changed the entire TPMS Sensor." So, although they could have made $400 - $500 off me, the only made $42. I didn't believe it. Definitely made my day!! So, Im sorry to all the people who have had a bad experience at this location, but for me, that was not the case. I need to get some Good Year tires for my sons Corrolla and guess where Im gonna get them from?

I took my vehicle in for a diagnosis due to rapid loss of tire pressure in one of my tires. Left my vehicle for 4.5 hours and they didn't even touch it - it was found in the same parking spot. When I called to check the status 4 hours later I was told that they were "backed-up" and also had to go to lunch break. (Unconfirmed, but at least 2 technicians and 1 supervisor on staff with 2 jobs ahead of me.) When I went in to cancel the job and just get my car back there was still 1 job ahead of me. The supervisor unapologetically handed the keys over to me without any comment whatsoever. My best guess is that my service request wasn't revenue generating enough so I got pushed back multiple times or the workers really like to take their time with these jobs for that extra hourly wage #overtime. Otherwise, Mavis employs sloths #equalopportunity? I should have trusted my gut instinct to stay away from corporate franchise auto servicers.

When I called to make an appointment, they told me they had a special. Great right?! No, of course not. I had a feeling they would try to tell me I need new rotors. I inspected my rotors this morning to be sure there was no issues, lips, scars etc. My car only has 26k miles on it and es expected, my rotors were in good shape. I went for coffee after dropping off the car. They called me and explained that I was experiencing vibration because my rotors are bad. I replied that I did not report any vibration and that neither me nor my husband had experienced this while driving our car. I told them I will pass on the new rotors. They then refused to replace my break pads unless I got new rotors. I took my car and left. They will not be getting by business ever.
