This company is the worst company ever! They promote specials give you the option to text them all just to lure you in . My initial contact to them was on May 9th inquiring about their 40% off special text often until beginning of June . Sent them the items I was interested went back and forth on different ideas and style. Went ghost there after. Nothing ever finalizes and they had the nerve to call me today asking me if I’m still interested in the items for 9-5 to 9-7. I was like what when did we finalized anything. You never got back to be and the unprofessionalism I received was rude. If you can’t handle the business GET OUT OF IT!!! Will NEVER recommend their service. Get you an Assistant to keep track of your text messages so you can respond in a timely fashion

I highly recommend this renting company.
They have a lot in stock, great condition tables,
and folding chairs. They offer reasonable prices.
I used for them for a bridal shower event.
I will absolutely be using them for near future events as well! Brenda in particular was great and very helpful. I spoke with her more often than the others. I also recommended them to my friends and family. Overall, they’re fantastic! Hands down, they’re excellent. I will continue to do business with them. ?

I’ve used Rent 4 Parties for all of my big & small occasions and they’re the real deal. Their rentals are beautiful in great condition, prices are extremely reasonable and it’s convenient!! You pull up and they can help load you up and you’re on the way. Extremely professional and answer all of your questions and send contracts right away. Hands down in the best in the industry!

Ordered a few props for my daughter’s birthday. Was so impressed with the efficient and organized way everything was handled. It was truly a delight to work with them. And the candy props were a huge hit! Highly recommend this company!

So I went to your local on Thanksgiving, the employee Brenda assisted me. When I was there, I was with my baby and sometimes it’s kind of impossible to read a contract with a fussy baby in your arms so I was asking everything to her and she supposed to tell me everything that was in the contract, she seems ok with that “helping” me to make my order. You guys took a $30 dollars deposit for the order, that’s ok! I asked her if you could return everything on Saturday, the day after Black Friday and she said it was ok, giving us the operating hours and everything! She told us that we were receiving the deposit fee by mail after we return the items telling us it was ok to do it on Saturday.. the check never came to the mail so my husband went to the local and she said that we lost the deposit because we returned it late! I swear that she said it was ok to return it Saturday.. when I called to talk to her because the order was under my name, I was taking to the most disrespectful employee ever, she didn’t allow me to explain nothing, talking over me and almost telling me to shut up.. I don’t know if you record the calls but if you to you can go to the call on December 23rd at 12:30pm!! I was telling her “hey remember I went with my baby and it was imposible to me to read the contract and you were giving me all the information, her answer was that that was not her problem that I was with a baby at the local.. wow! AND I remember her voice she said that she was not Brenda, and I KNOW I was taking to her!!! Brenda is the worst employee a company could have , the most disrespectful person ever that for sure doesn’t know anything about customer service and working for a company that has to be in all about customer service!! I know how hard is to run a business and it’s so bad that employees like Brenda are focus on ruin that and maybe the owner doesn’t even know it! She hang up the phone on me!! For sure this company lost a client and whoever I can recommend it I wouldn’t!
