Vanessa was extremely personable and accommodating with my crazy schedule. She made me feel comfortable about the work that was getting done on my vehicle; as well as continuously kept a line of communication with me so I was able to get my vehicle back as soon as possible.

Available cars are in great condition, dealers are friendly and willing to work with you. Cesar specifically was very transparent, patient, friendly and flexible--he helped me get the deal that I needed. In partnership with Jairo, the financial advisor and Victor who communicated with my insurance Company, I am very pleased with the services I received today. Others who helped me out were Tony and Tajon, also pleasurable to work with. I walked away with the car I wanted at the price I wanted, so I am pleased!

Best dealership me and my family have ever been to!!!! Caesar, Tony, and Jairo all took amazing care of us. The best prices you’ll ever get! They really take care of you like family. I couldn’t recommend a dealership more. We’ve been through our fair share of terrible dealerships with bad attitudes and bad business etiquette. This was a refreshing change of pace.

Not a great experience - after a two hour wait for an oil change I got a multi point inspection report that indicated that the cabin filter and the air filter were rate yellow and would need to be replaced soon - these were two day old filters - literally brand new filters! When I raised the issue the shop indicated that they are right since these were not their filters.
In a nutshell I do not trust the rest of the multipoint inspection report.
Additional, they charge a 3% charge on all credit card payments.
I am never going back again!
Feedback after receiving the response from Riverside Nissan:
The person that I spoke to and expressed my frustration and disappointment introduced himself as the Manager. He actually made the situation worse.
I am still not going back!

Went in for an oil & filter change and left with a great experience and friend. Vanessa at the service department checked me in early and made me feel right at home by offering me coffee and access to the lounge. She checked in with me frequently and kept me up to date with my vehicles progress…more importantly was her friendliness and professionalism. It’s people like her that make me want to do continued business with Hackensack Nissan. I actually look forward to my next oil change to say hey to my buddy ☺️. See you in 5k miles hun!
